I am officially announcing my intention to run for the position of delegate for this glorious reason.
Though the Holy Empire of Rock Paper Scissors with my Cat is not the oldest nation running, it is by far the most capable for this position. Other nations running for this position are under the illusion that their statistics are what makes them qualified to run. I say no! I say that the best candidate to run for this position should be the one that best represents the ideals of the DEAREST LEADER. Ultimately we are all on this region to serve the DEAREST LEADER, and that should be reflected in our choice for delegation.
I believe that under this criteria, the Holy Empire of Rock Paper Scissors with my Cat is the most qualified nation. This empire has always rejected the notion of democracy. The government has always been under the control of those who reject the will of the people in favor of whim. This empire is run by corporate monopolies who are willing to aggressively assert their power. Capitalism and Authoritarianism are compatible, as proven by this empire. This nation has always sacrificed civil rights and political freedom in favor of monetary gain, which is reflective of how the ideal authoritarian nation should sacrifice liberty for the improvement of the state.

Following Elder Beorn's decision to relegate Japhetia's women to the position of a type of slavery, not quite riots but a wave of indignation among the public from the women broke out, pretty predictably. The four Elders Beorn, Sigurd, Germanicus II, and Aphrodite which supported Beorn's recent seizure of power by their vote muddle over what to do about this situations. The other three Elders, of the branch of the royal family descended directly from Dodaneus; Alexander, Apollo, and Perseus, have declined to battle for power in Alba but have stayed in their provinces with their militaries on high alert passively protesting Beorn's recent rise to the head of state. Alexander, whom is the former Regent, is busy quelling the Ionian Revolt in his massive province though his military, specifically his navy has tensely fortified the isle of Kittim which borders the province of Gomer.
Four options emerge on how to ease the tensions with Japhetia's women following the recent decision to lower their citizenship status.
Beorn the current Regent and Elder of Magog reasons that perhaps there are too many women and too many polygamist marriages leftover due to the more libertine policies of the last Patriarch, Dodaneus and his past corrupt policies. Therefore Beorn proposes to unprecedentedly open the very insular Japhetia to a massive regionwide slave/bridal auction to raise funds and mingle with the various worthy peoples and legendary elites of the Psychotic Dictatorships in an attempt to basically thin the herd to prevent uprising.
Sigurd, the brother of Beorn and Elder of Tiras suggests to encourage monogamy and simply pay women a pittance in Japhetia though their new citizenship status will remain. Sigurd suggests that if women take on a more womanly role in Japhetia as was traditional in the era of the first Patriarch that by giving them a small government stimulus they will be encouraged to accept the new policy. The Elder then returns home to his province where his wife Brunhilda and his young son Sigmund are.
Young Germanicus II the Elder of Gomer and whom is still unmarried suggests women should be punished. He notes how they became decadent under the reign of Dodaneus and Hera, unlike how they were upright and good in his grandfather the first Patriarch's day. Germanicus II somewhat sadistically suggests that the women in Japhetia should be marked with ID tattoos and whipped and punished until they accept the new policy. The young unmarried Elder then loads up a dating app on his phone wondering where he can buy a "slave".
Elder Aphrodite the stewardess of Meshech, and the wife of Beorn himself, totally disgusted, protests that she is a successful woman; an astronaut, an accomplished Elder, and the mother of Beorn's own son Aeneas. She crosses her beautiful arms over her sumptuousness that all the elegant clothes in Japhetia cannot hide. The hottest woman indisputably of all Japhetia. The hottest MILF in Japhetia boldly announces all the women in her province Meshech shall be fr--, and she demands on J-SPAN to repeal slavery and give women "fr--dom". Her husband notes the use of the forbidden word which J-Span being broadcast live does not censor in time. However she's just so cute and hot that the few nerds watching were too busy ogling her to pay attention to what she said.

We have to downscale before we have a rebellion on our uncalloused hands. I propose that we hold the largest slave auction ever, in this very building. We’ll invite all the great masters of the world and export our excess chattel. Then, we’ll no longer be threatened, and we’ll have plenty of dough to boot!”
