Currently I am the only nation that is zombie free and surviving people. The other 2 nations which also were zombie free left their extermination mode for too long and all the citizens died because for some reason extermination starts killing your own citizens once you have zero zombies.
Unfortunately, the extermination order wasn't very specific.
