"From a groundbreaking television series to an expansive collection of films, novels, comic books and so much more, Star Trek has been delivering joy, wonder, and thought-provoking stories since the 1960s," said [Jeffrey Jones, executive director of Peabody]. "With powerful anti-war and anti-discrimination messages, it has blazed trails for all science fiction franchises while winning over passionate fans across the globe. We’re proud to honor Star Trek with Peabody's Institutional Award."

Been enjoying this season of Discovery. Like the last few seasons and much of Picard, there is this mystery they have to solve but this season's episodes seem a little more self contained.

I do have 2 nitpicks about the last epsiode.

First off, a display showing an incoming ship's speed as Maximum Warp. Would be better to put Warp 9.9 or something, give some meaningful data.

Second, your prisoner escapes. Which is a Trope in Trek and probably other shows, I get that. However, it's not until the Captain is made aware of the escape that lockdown procedures are initiated.

Did enjoy the visuals of the alien ship and the updated look of the baddies compared to 90s Trek

Luckily, I know the guy who will be my PI as I'm already working with him on a similar project. And everyone I have gotten linked to has their heads screwed on fairly straight (for academics, I suppose).
