This is utterly false and frankly slanderous. You saying I do not pay attention to the landscape of regions is an outright lie. For 4 months now, I have been serving as the Tatenda Chief Justice and Associative Justice for two other months. I always look into the region every week and voice my opinion on its matters. When I became Associative Justice, we had to deal with an important court case. I have been Associative Justice for less than 2 weeks and I gave a very detailed and quick opinion after oral arguments had concluded. And you know what? The Chief Justice didn’t bother to write out their opinion and just said they concur with my argument. In other cases, I have also tried to make things go speedy.

Unfortunately, the other two justices aren’t as active as me so the court has been going slow with its rulings. And to reply to your claim saying court cases on a Discord Server wouldn’t work, then you are out right wrong. Tatenda doesn’t have a forum either (and it never did) and we still have court cases on its server. I understand Pacifica’s situation and I don’t support making a new community server unless proved to bring back one. But that doesn’t mean we can’t have cases. There’s a thing called Direct Message Groups. I can hold a trial on there, then discuss on a separate one with the other Justices with out opinions and announce back in the other group regarding our ruling (and publicly announce it too). Hell, I can even probably screenshot everything in both DM groups and put it in a dispatch.

To say I don’t how to run a Judiciary branch is just slanderous. And to echo what I said before, as Chief Justice of Pacifica, it only took me a mere few hours to deliver a ruling. (note the following screenshots don’t include the full discussion between me and Minime. Just highlighting some parts to prove my point)

Of course by now the time frame has disappeared due to it being 4 months but feel free to ask Minime if he’s okay with it. He’ll say that it only took a few hours, if only one-two hours. The ruling was never publicly announced because Minime had decided with the RC that the Regional Council should be the supreme Judiciary, Legislature, and Executive and my job as Chief Justice of Pacifica would be just to advise. As I said above, we could just make this “court” into a judicial advisory board and only be for legal questions. And if we really wanted to, it would be temporarily until no longer needed.

Saying that I don’t pay attention to Pacifica is bull. While it’s true that’s i am in 5 or so regions, it doesn’t mean I care less or care more for a region. Regions I’m inactive in tend to no longer have a puppet there. I used to be in Force with a puppet and left due to inactivity. I used to be Warzone Europe. I got thrown out because I got slandered by someone who did it for political gain. I joined Pacifica I. February and still have been active in it. You saying I don’t pay attention is also just slanderous. Yes, I have been inactive for some times, but I returned under Minime and then returned when DRUS became SecGen/when you became the interim Delegate.

I like you Cormac but I cannot stand for this slander. No where did I say that I wanted to return as Thalassia’s Chief Justice. All I suggested was perhaps brining one back, and you keep saying that I only want it to expand my legal resume. Sure, I’d like to be Thalassia’s CJ, but that’s not why I’m suggesting brining it back. I have said this multiple times, it can just be an advisory that interprets the law. It doesn’t have to handle criminal cases. So many of my NS friends and even non NS friends (just NS colleagues) have asked me for Legal interpretations of things. And that’s why I have a big Legal resume in NS. All of my NS friends say that the good thing I am actually good at in NS is the Legal field, and people have been trying to kill it off.

All I did was suggest brining back a Court, and now we aren’t discussing brining back a court, rather, we’re having this petty and useless argument about my NS Legal career. I ask you to redact your slanderous comment said immediately.
