VITGRAD, Rusrunia ─ In the streets of Rusrunia, you may see stores that say "computer shops" that usually have children, usually ages 12-16, that are in these computer shops playing "violent games", concerning a group of parents that are worried about these games.
One popular game, "CounterStrike 1.3", is a violent game about terrorists and police forces fighting each other with guns. Rusrunia has 800K CounterStrike 1.3 players, one of the highest. Parents are worried about these games and are worried about school shootings, after a 2023 incident of a student that was known to be a "video game addict" doing a violent act.
Republika Rusrunia representatives in the Doma have also suggested to propose a bill to ban video games to bring back moral development, and to enforce a ban in the access of the internet. Most Doma representatives have agreed and opposed this, though there has not yet been such bill proposed and written.

Alright, we can understand banning video games (but still, we think they should be restricted rather than banned), but internet? Rather than ban, consider reenforcing the idea that the internet - above all - is a place of knowledge, somewhere you can learn almost everything. We already do that.
Furthermore, your economy has a bit more wiggle room now thanks to us. We aren't saying that we'll stop supporting it anytime, we just have an idea - what about investments into the internet teaching startups? It they'll skyrocket, your economy will get even better!
Republika Rusrunia (party) works in weird ways, but everyone (exept Republika Rusrunia) would like that idea.
Also Republika Rusrunia, since the 2000s, hated the social media and many things about the internet. They just thought it was easy to spread 'demonic propaganda' through youth minds because of the internet.
