Really, "better" is subjective. After a while I started to think "what would this issue do" and also try to think of any "negative" results. The "Got Issues?" forum can also be helpful although they might not tell you exactly what the results are.
I believe that friendship is the most powerful thing in the world. There's nothing that 100 armies or more could ever do to overpower that

There might be a thing for password recovery using an email (idk if thats still a thing after our forum migration way back when). If they can't manage that, first step would be for them to directly contact the council themselves, via telegram or something.
Password recovery is still a thing. Look for the link that says "I forgot my password". You'll be asked for the username and email address associated with your forum account. Afterwards, be sure to check any spam, bulk, trash, or nonstandard email folders!
