Congrats on being featured...again! Anyone seen a carrot?

Feels like just yesterday we were featured the first time.

I am Miku Nakano, leader of Discrimi Nation. I decided to take my time and "discriminate" this region, either because of its influence or because of it being featured.
The region itself doesn't seem that active, but the owner is, and he/she/they also made a factbook on the history of it.
Most embassies aren't accepted, but still active.
There aren't many regional officers but only a founder.
Still, I may have to rate this region a 2.5/10.. With most of the points being from the owner being active and making a factbook.
If you do get offended, remember that this is my opinion and I do not actually despise the people in the region. Telegram me for suggestions of being a better reviewer. Any insult is not counted as a suggestion. Day 3 of "discriminating".
