The Electoral College has begun voting for the Presidential Elections in Fraxhemark.
As it stands, the number of votes of the delegates (MPs, MLAs and Senators) distribution is projected to be :
Zara Hussein and Bernard Pavic, People's Socialist Party nominees : 926 delegates.

The primary duty of the president is to preserve, protect and defend the constitution and the law of Fraxhemark as made part of his oath. All bills passed by the parliament can become laws only after receiving the assent of the president. After a bill is presented to him/her, the president shall declare either that he/her assents to the Bill, or that he/her withholds his assent from it. As a third option, he/her can return a bill to parliament, if it is not a money bill, for reconsideration. The President is also responsible in appointing the judges of the courts of Fraxhemark, including the Supreme Court. The President also appoints the Directors of the Federal Agencies. The rights to be consulted, to encourage and to warn are the President's primary duties towards the Government. In case of a legislative constitutional crisis, the President must use his discretion in inviting a member of the House to form the Government.
The President of the People's Democratic Republic Of Fraxhemark is the ceremonial Head of State of Fraxhemark, the commander-in-chief of the Fraxhemarkian Armed Forces and the Head of all the Federal Agencies. The president is indirectly elected by an electoral college comprising the Parliament of Fraxhemark (both houses), the State Legislatures of each of Fraxhemark's states and the Fraternal City Council, who themselves are all directly elected. The President can serve for a renewable term of six years.
The prime minister is the senior-most member of cabinet in the executive of government in a parliamentary system. The prime minister selects and can dismiss members of the cabinet; allocates posts to members within the government; and is the presiding member and chairperson of the cabinet.
The Prime Minister of Fraxhemark is the leader of the executive and the head of government of Fraxhemark. The prime minister is also the chief adviser to the President of Fraxhemark and head of the Cabinet. The Prime Minister (informally abbreviated to PM) and Cabinet (consisting of all the most senior ministers, most of whom are government department heads) are collectively accountable for their policies and actions to the President, to Parliament, to their political party and ultimately to the electorate. The Prime Minister must be a representative in the House of the People and has to be a member of the political party or coalition, having a majority in the House Of the People. The Prime Minister can serve for at most two terms. The term of the Prime Minister is generally 4 years, however, he must enjoy the confidence of the party and the House in order to serve as Prime Minister. The Prime Minister reports to the President weekly.
