Prince Nguyễn Phúc Cảnh Thịnh, General Secretary of GVCP, has been rescued from the gunfights in the Politburo building and the 321st Guards Mechanized Army has retreated from Politburo building after evacuating the whole Politburo. So now all of the star system, except for the MoD-CMC HQ and the garrisons of the Guards Front, have been captured by GSIC, Imperial Guard and the Public Security. Now Primarch Phú is calling Field Marshal Aleksandr Braginski to the GPARF Field HQ in Bình Dương star system to get ready for combat. However, the Imperator forces have moved before the Politburo forces one step. They have captured half of the nation where the support for the Communist Party is lesser than that to the Imperator. However all of the GPARF units, with the exception of the Imperial Guards, are still loyal to the Central Military Commission. Soon a civil war can occur if the next moves are still violent

The CMC applauds the movement of the UPK and will accept these volunteers. Also, these volunteers will have priorities in equipment than other Karatolian-Advenran units.

Yesterday at around morning time Fedele released bombshell info that Opstan, a nation that was once active in TEP, info that he was also another active RMBer "Huggers united". Opstan did not back down without a fight though, releasing info about governments members that shows towards emotional bias in this post here:

Nearing more and more present time I decided to act more and more like myself, also, when the government was wondering who Huggers was, Marrabuk knew and decided not to tell who it was, good Marr. But that also means he knew it was a citizen who owned the Huggers United account when he banned the nation, so basically a citizen's nation was banned from TEP, this is edging close to going against the concordat but there might be some technicalities. Also, while I started acting more alike myself on that nation Paki treated that nation better then the nations Paki knew to be me. I originally created the Huggers United account to stay in the RMB and get back into RMB RP, this was also still while I was in the region, during the time when Elementia had influence on the RMB, and I was just about excluded from the RMB because of Elem. Eventually I left TEP and my Huggers account stayed, instantly Paki treated me differently OOC, we used to be friends but now he hated me. But I was still a citizen of TEP, still keeping the oath, never resigning citizenship.

Marr does not like me OOC because he got a warning that was from a report I did, and him seeing an opportunity to ban one of my puppets (my puppet at the time had a silly anime character hitting the TEP flag with a hammer) he then banned the Huggers puppets that he knew were nations of a citizen.
Paki does not like me OOC because I left TEP and eventually tried to come back.

Not to try and start drama, but it's gonna happen and it shows how members in the government can be biased Imo. If government members (Aka Fedele) want to release hidden info (that is hidden for a reason: to have a nation always in TEP RMB RP) then I'll be glad to open up mass drama about certain gov members.

I also do not like how certain gov members like to try and expose everyone they can, as much as they can. Hobbes with Yuno, posting up statements that imply that Yuno did illegal things, while no authorities were called nor was there any evidence given, and Tim exposing WW after WW was told that it would be kept quiet. These things were all handled carelessly and members of the NS community suffered for their carelessness.

Not saying these things were not true, but i'm saying the way they made sure EVERYONE knew about these things, not only ruining game influence but also ruining OOC relationships. I have a theory that all this is using OOC allegations to keep people from getting more power than others in government. Just think, if they were friends with the people that they expose and make public then why would they go out of their way to make sure everyone knew? I believe it to be for in-game influence.

It depends if puppets can be considered nations carrying citizenship under one person, and if notifying the Citcom community is required in order for a nation to become known as a citizenship-holder.

It's a question I believe worthy for the Conclave, and one I'm seeking to ask after clarifying something with the other Arbiters.

If we go SOLELY by the Concordat, then Op is in the right and Marr in the wrong. But inputting Viceory and Citcom procedures, and it becomes muddy.

Only time will tell if this will be taken to the conclave, but Opstan has shown no sign of wanting to take it to the conclave.

The summer that usually brings lots of activity to the RMB has seen a decline in the amount of posts. We suspect it's because the retirement of multiple nations from RMB RP such as The Angel of Charity, Merlovich, and Vultuca, but there could be more non-public retirements that have happened... The least active hours seem to be between 12 AM (CST) to about 10 AM (CST), where there would be at most a post every 30 mins. This in comparison to the golden age of RMB RP -which was not too long ago- and it's scary, this seems to be the great depression of the RMB and the Legion predicts there to be less citizen sign ups because of this. The East Pacific is fueled by the activity on the RMB, but it looks as if this is about to change.

Meanwhile Fedele has won the delegate elections once again, but the Legionary Chronicle predicts his fame in the region will see a decline within the following months, but the Legion has no info to back this claim. Opstan, one of the many nations who sought to run, came out and said a few days ago that the reason they did not run was due to the amount of people in the race, and this could have been the same for many other nations that wished to run but did not. The Legion Predicts that The Angel of Charity would be the next likely runner up for the delegacy due to their popularity and influence in the RMB, even owning a semi official discord server for RMB RP planning. The Legion has made a list of nations that could possibly win the next delegate elections if they ran:

The Legion predicts the next election could be a close one, but only time will tell.
The Legion Predicts that if The Angel of Charity wins the next delegate elections then we will see a boost in RMB activity because Angel knows how the RMB works, and they know the minds of the people on the RMB. They could enact policies to boost RMB activity and restore one of the region's main selling points, "RMB activity".

First we'll begin with some lighter news, a government announcement informed us earlier today confirming the remodeling of the universal healthcare system in Chile-Paraguay:

The General Security and Intelligence Commitee, along with Emperor Anh Trị, lead a coup attempt against the Politburo and the Centram Military Commission with aid from National Guard and some Ministry of Public Security units. However, the plan has been found by the hackers of Cyberwarfare Troops. And now, Sài Gòn has been put on martial law when the military bases have been taken over, except for the garrison of Guards Front. And the Central Military Commission still has absolute command over the military and aid from the Border Guards and the Gendarmerie of MPS. Battles between the Phạm Ngọc Thảo Guards Army Group of the GSIC and the Imperial Guards, non-CMC GPARF units versus 321st Guards Mechanized Army is going on at the Politburo building. And the General Secretary of GVCP, Prince Nguyễn Phúc Cảnh Thịnh, is now being evacuated to evade arrest from the Imperator and GSIC.

The Government has today exercised the right to return of these refugees. The refugees have been taken care of by the Fraxhemarkian people and the government. Prime Minister Stefansson says, "These people were given shelter when their countries had fallen prey to war or internal disturbances. We need to return them as all their host nations are now stable."
The Government has issued a deportation notice to all these people and they will be sent back to their respective countries immediately. Any refugee trying to prolong or escape this right to return policy shall be prosecuted and will serve time in a Fraxhemarkian prison.

As you should know, this is a new news organization and we are still getting our heels locked into the region in tracking what's happening, this story will be used as reminder that this is an "On the side" thing and storys will be provided in a condensed form every so often describing what has happened in The East Pacific. This news organization will be both RP and OOC news, seeing that it is both important and needed that people know what is going on in both areas of TEP.
