President Michael, your barbarism will not go unnoticed. I find it deplorable that you think holding a colony is still plausible today. Clearly, you had no other goals than economically looting the port and your attempts to make the colony seem like it is infact not a colony, is clearly only done to try and keep the colony rather than for the benefit of the people. Your actions on the global scale show that you will cause destruction in places for your own benefit. Taking advantage of the Almohavidans and directly invading Jankono to expand your barbarism simply proves my point.

Your people are great and our people have no problem with them. Our people respect the Rostorian people. I can tell you, however, that our people loathe your neo-colonialist government. If you cede the colony back to Almohavid, we will be willing to gradually reform our diplomatic relations. As you know, we are currently liberating another colony near yours, if you wish to avoid the same fate, I suggest you give up the port. If not, we will make sure to liberate it by force. We understand that barbaric governments do not understand diplomacy so we have no choice but to threaten you.
