Newsoslavia wrote:hey cardonia doesn't target any civilian areas, and also we are trying to keep as little civilian casualties as possible, mainly because we dont want any random guy from Newsoslavia or another place to get hurt, and also because maybe say a large number of another ethnic group in newsoslavia dies, for example ancobristani's, we dont want that to happen because it may (i said may) spark a war, even though its unlikely

The only Civilian area I did target was the Capital, and that was mostly using Precision weaponry to land hits on government centres.

Which is an unfortunate truth to war that some civ is bound to get killed.

Honestly I just forgot about it. I think its mostly from the fact so many people are involved that I just didn't really know what was happening anymore...

Pssst. Blobon... since I personally really have no reason to get involved unless wanting to prolong the civil War. Would you mind telling me the sides of the war.....so I can perhaps....send something something.

That is pretty understandable, all I can say for your frontlines is that you have hit the roads in Olmo city and you have given the GRAF (Glole Revolutionary Air Force) a challenge. It's pretty good! For the state.

The south side you got the weak but brave State of Gloleoinø which is defending and you got on the north side is the Revolution of Coj which has the most ferocious, troops and power. Glog Democracy vs Pro-Gloleoinø Nationalism...

Ligur wrote:Ok, thank you. Do you have any more details about Infanta Edmundo?

He's a paragon of patience, discipline and duty. However, he goes for more calculated and cautious moves - he is smart, but too afraid to take immediate action and might need guidance. He himself isn't as charismatic as the rest of his family, but he's a good leader. He serves as the Count of Coidora, and more, in Estandé. However, since he's now King of Liguria, he will have to relinquish all his titles.

That's all I can offer. You can further worldbuild him from this 'template' of sorts.

Fair. I might kick back this war as well, seeing how UKS, TS and Kurikia are already well involved. Stick to keeping the Peace and Air force Operations.

Empire of Dabiristan wrote:

The President of The Islamic Republic of Dabiristan,

To The Dishonourable President Michael Brandenburg of The Unionstaat of Rostoria

In the Name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

President Michael, your barbarism will not go unnoticed. I find it deplorable that you think holding a colony is still plausible today. Clearly, you had no other goals than economically looting the port and your attempts to make the colony seem like it is infact not a colony, is clearly only done to try and keep the colony rather than for the benefit of the people. Your actions on the global scale show that you will cause destruction in places for your own benefit. Taking advantage of the Almohavidans and directly invading Jankono to expand your barbarism simply proves my point.

Your people are great and our people have no problem with them. Our people respect the Rostorian people. I can tell you, however, that our people loathe your neo-colonialist government. If you cede the colony back to Almohavid, we will be willing to gradually reform our diplomatic relations. As you know, we are currently liberating another colony near yours, if you wish to avoid the same fate, I suggest you give up the port. If not, we will make sure to liberate it by force. We understand that barbaric governments do not understand diplomacy so we have no choice but to threaten you.

Regards,

President Ahmad Khomeini of The Islamic Republic of Dabiristan.

The massive doors to Michael's office would be opened by the guards as a man escorted by two soldiers entered his office carrying a letter. The man and the two guards approached Michael's desk and handed him the letter, "Letter from Khomeini, must be pretty serious. The title demands withdrawal and calls us barbarians in the front." The man carrying the letter said as he handed the letter and stepped back. Michael would laugh at the barbarian statements, "Really...We are the barbarians, how comedic. But it looks very serious, thank you for delivering it." Michael said as he examined the letter seeing the title and pausing for a second. The man would nod his head and step away with the soldiers as the doors slowly closed leaving Michael alone.

The letter back:

President Ahmad Khomeini

With all due respect, I have nothing but respect for your people, culture, and government even if it may not be up to western standards. But relying on childish insults instead of a more civilised manner would have been more welcomed in such turbulent and unstable times we find ourselves. But other than that, I can understand your peoples views and see why you'd like to see us gone from the continent. We have made it a priority to respect the locals as much as possible and not benefit from their lands as say others, the port was used for trade and as a checkpoint to expand maritime trade. We have made sure to not hurt the locals or their sacred land, we have furthered their lives far enough to where they are now more secured and advanced from the harsh environment they found themselves in the civil war. I believe we have done enough to regional security and as all things it must come to and end at some point.

We have only ever been in a single war which we never want to be in and were forced to go on and fight for our peoples sake and our sovereign security. We have never wanted to cause bloodshed and misery to Jankono and did what had to be done to protect our people. We only used the port for peaceful means in trading after we made a deal with the Almohavids, calling us barbarians for furthering trade and security is absurd. If we were so barbaric, we would have torn up this letter, hid behind the backs of Ostaria and the innocent people of the port and force blood to shed upon the lands once more. But we follow a moral code of honor and respect, we hope you can finally understand that out intentions were not evil and that we can close the page on this chapter in Usnistan history.

As for your demands to withdraw from Almohavid, they will be met. We will withdraw all Rostorian military from the lands as soon as possible, this will include personal, equipment that was imported into the port, and equipment which belonged to the original defence force of the port will stay in the port. The Almohavid regional guard and local authority will be disbanded on the day we leave the port and a referendum will be held, the referendum will not include an option to stay as part of Rostoria and will allow the people to choose what future they want. The only thing leaving Almohavid will be Rostorian soldiers and the equipment we brought, government officials, and assets imported from Rostoria into the port. Historic relics of the local people will be left alone, and no civilian will be forcefully taken out of their lands. We believe this is enough and a withdrawal and official response will be given shortly, we will cooperate with the locals and Maham pact to ensure blood does not spill on turbulent Usnistan soil. All I can say for certain is we will leave Almohavid if we are given proper time and not rushed, hopefully you understand and allow us to leave.

Regards, Michael Brandenburg, President of The Federation of Greater Rostoria.

“For over 1,000 years you were forced to let others decide your fate. For over 1,000 years they tried their absolute hardest to stamp out your culture, forcing you to live by their rules. For over 1,000 years you dreamed of a free and just Ligur, one which’s future was decided by the Natin’s of a modern era. A free and just Ligur where people from all walks of life could live side by side, free of judgment. When your beloved Natin Empire collapsed, this idea was first snatched from you by the grinding gears of time. It wasn’t until the collapse of yet another one of your overlords were you once again free.

I speak to the world now, to recognise your birthright, your destiny, as together we shall make our way to north to reclaim what was once yours. Know that any interference will not go unchecked, and that you proud people shall not be defeated so easily as last time. And once more, people of Ligur, know that I shall you every ounce of my fibre to be a just and honest King.”

What the populace of Ligur have just heard, what the world have just heard, was a live recording of His Majesty King Vittorio Amedeo IV by the Grace of God and the will of the Nation, King of Ligur, Prince of Imperia, Duke of Girona, La Spezia, and Savo, Count of Albíngaunum, Ventimiglia, and Sarzana, Defender of the Faith and Guardian of the People, in his first address to the Ligurians and the world as the King of Ligur, and that Ligur was about to embark on a crusade of the ages. It is time for Ligur to assert itself upon the world stage. The rest of the Santa Lucía state is now in the eyes of the ambitious King who is keen on leaving a legacy of glory and honour, plus the Islamic influenced state of Guardana. His most vocal supporter, Prime Minister and former Regent of the Kingdom Count Theopropides Abito of Savona had already drawn up the plans and logistics needed to mobilise the 358,885 personnel of the Ligurian Territorial Defence Force to properly pacify the region and assert Ligurian dominance. Members of the King’s advisory council expressed their opinion that this wasn’t simply a military operation but rather an industrial and humanitarian one, as well as one which Ligur has never done before. Prominent businessman and industrialist Marcus Licinius informed His Majesty that he was concerned that the Prime Minister would heavily damage the infrastructure and important facilities of the past Altusian administration. Keeping them from being damaged would save not only a lot of money but also a lot of time assimilating the Altusian systems into the new Ligurian one.

Another person who brought up some concern was Defense Minister Lorenzo Guerini who had hoped for some more time to run simulations regarding the operation. While the Ligurian Territorial Defence Force was experience in combat they were however lacking in the department of occupation and restoring law and order. The Honourable Defense Minister’s concern has given rise to a rather intriguing opportunity, outside help. Mr. Guerini has petitioned to the Senate to request advisory aid from the United Aisladan Federation of Merlovich who have experience in this particular field. Not wishing to embarrass themselves with humiliation, the members of the Senate overwhelming passed the Minister’s request for foreign aid and almost immediately a letter personally written by the King himself was sent to the island nation:
------

To the Most Venerable and Honourable Julia Bishop
Prime Minister of the United Aisladan Federation of Merlovich
5 Creonia Avenue, Deakin, Hirane

Good day or evening Honourable Prime Minister, I hope all of the affairs in your respectful state of Merlovich are showing good fortune. Having been elected by the people of the Kingdom of Ligur to receive the Iron Crown, I write to you on this fateful day as an equal.

Having observed and studied the relationship between your administration and now my patron nation, I humbly request that your Federation sends an advisory council of military, civil engineers, political, and economic expertise in regard to the assimilation and annexation of territory into our borders. The task at hand is Project Viridi oram, or Project Green Coast.

This Project entails the complete annexation of the former Altusian National State provinces of Santa Lucía, which we currently control two thirds of it, and the peninsular state of Guardana. It is also planned to set up a base of operations on the southern tip of the largest island of the archipelagic province of Islas Langos, a momentous task in all of its entirety.

Upon completion of this operation, a further 98,290,000 people will become citizens of a proud nation once again, as well as an estimated $163.578 billion in yearly revenue, a much-needed relief package for the economy.

I have the utmost confidence that together we shall accomplish this task and help Ligur takes its step into being forever echoed in the halls of history.

Much Regards,
Vittorio Emanuele IV

Greater Rostoria wrote:"It is a great honor to have our closest ally accept an invitation like this, we hope you'll enjoy the dinner" he said as the couple would step aside and allow the rest of the group to greet the guests. The royal family would step up with the king and queen being first, they were both old and had grey hair and wrinkles around their body.

"It iz very nize to zee the new faze of Krozland vizit us in our wundawafen nation" said king willhelm slowly as his old age prevented him from saying S or Cs. He would slowly shake the hands of the couple and allow his wife to step up, she was a little less old and with a less powerful germanic accent as he warmly greeted the pair and introduced them her children. The oldest was William as his left hand let go of his sword handle which rested on his left hip. He welcomed them to the palace and shook Adonis hands tightly. Followed by were the two daughters, Maria and Natasha in a plain dress as they introduced themselves and also invited the couple inside.

After the royal family the minister of trade and foreign affairs would greet their Krovic counterparts and talk with them before shaking hands and allowing the entourage to enter. The massive wooden door would be opened by a few guards as they saluted at the massive group and welcomed them inside into the golden light of the palace.

The couple looked around the golden palace, following everyone else inside while they looked at the guards and the palace around them.

"So, where will we be eating tonight?"

He had an interest in Painting and playing the Guitar and didn't seem to care much for being the Next king, making the most likely Candidate Julia Winters, who was 4 when the Parents died and the rest of Julia's Childhood History is cut off, Making the very sudden cut to the 2nd civil war almost feel like whiplash. Chris led a facist PMC group known as Dark Winter, to take over the country and for him to claim his rightful throne as King and possibly Imperator of Cardonia. His Cold and Calculating intellect was shown when he started the 2nd stage of the civil war by Killing off the Entire Government in a Massive Coup and causing chaos for the next few months. Under his short rule Chris was considered ruthless, Nuking New Cardia into dust and going about the execution of Catfolk in mass graves.

Julia would then reappear, Forming The Last Order, a Purely Military group aimed at defeating the Cardonian Imperium, no matter the cost. She was considered equally cold and Caculating as her brother, though also shown to be exceptionally courageous and willing to fight and live alongside her men, resulting in the rest of the general staff having to force her sometimes to get out of the front line. With the Help of Kurikian and, at the time, WDC and VTO, aid, The Last Order would win and form the 3rd Kingdom of Cardonia, with the Imperium and Dark Winter, the PMC, Dismantled and reorganised into the Winter Contingency, a group of terrorists that seek to bring back the imperium.

[------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------]

Julia lower the barrier, surprised almost by what she is seeing, as well as concerned for the message she heard. Letting the message play out a few times Julia would examine the Suit, again so tempted to see what memories she could find from it, before again stopping herself.
"If, you can hear this. I think I know who you are... Ill make sure she's safe within the Consortium. You have my word."

Helena holds her head in her hands as she tries to process everything she had just read. “There needs to be SEVERAL talks later in order to clarify this.” she mutters. Leaning back in her chair, she remembers her other purpose being here.”Ragea.”

“Thank you…I tried my best to raise her…stay safe…” is the last response from the suit before everything suddenly returns to normal: Time returns in motion, the armor is back in its original form, and Enza lands nearby Julia. “You said something about a voice?” he asks, noticing her new complexion.
