Whenever a place is large, there will always be bad people in some forms of power.
You mean in terms of NS Stats? That would probably be because there are more nations in these regions, so the total corruption is higher than it otherwise would be. We also have some of the oldest nations in the game, meaning that they might have way higher rates of corruption from issues than lesser regions would have.

Truth is my friend no one “plays” NS for stats or really cares about what their country is. The play NS for RP. It’s not like your gonna win if you have max stats or your gonna loose if your country has minimum stats.

Yep. There was a period of time here when RMB RP cared about NS Stats, but that was only for a few months or so before they went back to not caring about them.
