"I have contacted a secret group of politicians who share the vision with us - the dissolution of the Galactic Socialist Imperium. They come from Combined Communes of Syndicalia and Divine Davia. These men are the Radical factions of those nations. But they are minor in political voice in exchange of possessing a large secret army which can deal with the Primarch's armies."

"Good. It's time to revenge. I have waited for too long. I hate this Imperium. They took everything from us. Now I will take all back"

Then the Premier ends the call and remembers the tragedy that he would never forget.

25 years ago, Saturn XV,

"156th Penal Division hearing. We captured 1500 Vaticanists here. What shall we do with them?"

"Kill them all"

On Saturn XV, a raid against Vaticanists was going on. At the place, 1500 Vaticanists were grouped and then the penal soldiers, clad in black, fired at them. Then they used bayonets to check if there was any survivor. There were none. Suddenly, the soldiers found a family of three and shot at them. The father and mother tried best to stop the soldiers while the boy ran as fast as he could. And he found a bush to hide. Then what he saw was that his mother was killed by the chainsword while his father was shot by airburst shot from a MP Civil Guardsman. He tried to hold tears because if he cried, the soldiers would find him and he would die. Then he ran silently into the forests and disappeared when the soldiers got to the trees.

Then, he was adopted by a high-rank military commander and they helped him create a new identity. And he tried his best. And recently, at the age of 32, he is elected as the Premier. Now, he will start his revenge
