Python for Minister of Defense

I'll admit, I have not been in R/D that long. However, I have participated in at least 50 defensive operations throughout my time on NS, including 46 in Libcord. I have also led operations in the past, such as the successful liberation on Warzone Africa a few weeks ago.
I am currently the Deputy MoD of South Asians. However, South Asians is not seeking re-election so naturally I am running.
I have 3 goals in mind for my term if I get elected:
Grow FNDA to at least 30 members
Pass laws to regulate FNDA
Raise activity in FNDA
Let's expand.
Grow FNDA to at least 30 members
This is pretty self explanatory, but I intend to do this by rewarding cool badges and possibly cards to those who join FNDA. I also intend to send recruitment telegrams to join FNDA, possibly even to newly founded or refounded nations as FNDA is separate to FNR in many regards.
Pass laws to regulate FNDA
Sadly currently not much of FNDA is regulated by law. In my opinion, laws are needed to ensure that FNDA focuses on it's goal of defending regions. Some important aspects that I believe need to be put in law:
Banning all forms of griefing other than on fascist regions - Why? Griefing is bad. Sure, it creates higher stakes, but if a liberation fails, the region is griefed. As part of the team that helped rebuild The Embassy after the raid in February (ironically a few days before my birthday), I feel qualified to say that rebuilding a region after it's griefed is an absolute nightmare, if it is liberated. And if it's not, you basically have to start from scratch.
Setting the rank system in the law. Currently, it's not. So while there are guidelines on how promotions function, in theory there is no need to follow it. Therefore, there should be laws regulating how the ranking system works.
Setting up structure in FNDA. Yes, currently the definition of what MoD, Deputy MoD, Director, Supreme Commanders and all do is not written in law! I intend to change that.
FNDA is currently tiny and inactive! I also intend to change that. As I said, one of my goals is to grow FNDA to at least 30 members through recruitment. The main methods I intend to raise activity, as well as growing it are:
Running monthly R/D games, such as spotting, triggering and tagging/detagging puppet regions. This will be good practise, and also help FNDA agents to get to know each other and simply being a fun activity to do. It can also be done with other orgs to help FNDA relationships with other militaries.
Do weekly detag runs in FNDA also for practise and simply to be a fun activity.
Increase participation in Libcord. Not all operations happen as FNDA alone. Therefore, to help increase participation in Libcord there will be special badges and certificates given when an agent hits a certain milestone of operations.
FYI, I generally consider myself to be a moralist defender. (Also a filthy cosmopolitan)

Nice campaign! I have one question for you — I want to beat Castenor to the punch on this one. :P How can you be sure that you'll be able to achieve your goal of growing FNDA to thirty members? Are you sure this goal is reasonable? Thirty is a very large number for a regional military, especially that of a UCR. For comparison, I believe FNDA currently has ten members. Bringing its population up to thirty (and within one term!) is going to be a challenge.
As I said, fun events will be run in FNDA to help increase engagement as well as certificates or cool badges. Recruitment telegrams will also be sent to members of FNR, say, monthly. It might also be possible to invite newly founded/refounded nations as FNDA is separate to FNR in many regards.
