It is, they tried twice.
Now I'm confused who's turn is it to reply to the Xenoverse RP?
I think John's.

"Hurry up and start the ship! She's coming!" A blue skinned alien woman said to her pilot as sounds of ki blast fire is heard through out the ship.
"I can't Commander we don't have enough fuel in our ship drives!" The pilot said.
It wasn't long before the door to the bridge was blasted open sending the dooe towards the pilot killing him in the process as Cress entered the room her long black hair was tied into a pony tail.
"Well funny seeing you here Commander Nilla, finally decide to leave my planet alone?" Cress asked as her jade green eyes stared at Nilla's eyes.
"Listen brat! We have nothing to do with this planet anymore! Its no use to us with Frieza dead!" Nilla said.
"Now let me go..."
"Heh, funny you think I'm going to let you go? You need to pay for your crimes against the people of Karyo you killed innocent lives during your rule over this planet, I will not let you go til' your body hits the ground." Cress said as her right fist glowed with red ki energy.
"Then I guess we'll both go to this planet's hell!" Nilla said as she grabbed her ki energy blade and tried hitting Cress with it.
However, she is met with a super hard ki punch to the gut Nilla grunted in pain as she spit out purple blood as her eyes rolled into the back of her head.
"That is for the lives you have taken." Cress said as she slowly moved her fist away as Commander Nilla fell on the ground dead.
Finally the overseer of this planet was finally dead and the population here can live in peace.
OOC: RP Opened!
The Lich reaches for the doorknob, more than ready to leave an overidealistic simpleton to his own devices. Heimrich's head drops slightly, accepting the fact that he would not dissuade the Lich. "You were wrong about one thing."
With a single thought, a magical reaction within the Lich destabilizes his lichdom, severing his link to magic and letting the ages have their revenge on the ageless being. Heimrich looks back up at the Lich's back as he turns to dust before his eyes. "Ideas can be dissuaded."
As the Lich turns to dust, he does not resurrect, nor does the goddess of Zocom take him to be reincarnated. Under the Mentat's curse, a Zoconian life long suffered through magic is severed from its link, nothing more than a pile of dust in an empty office. Heimrich looks down at it as the office returns to how it was before he arrived. The Lich was a fool for underestimating him and what lengths he has gone to reach this point, and his secret torturing of his victims has finally been given its just reward. But he wasn't finished yet. There is still one other person he wanted to speak to...
OOC: I noticed your misconception earlier too, time slowing is from Heimrich's perspective, he isn't actually controlling time.
As Vengeance embraces his Wrath Heimrich drifts back, for a moment a wraith as he watches his enemy reemerge. But he knew better than to go back in headlong.
"Yeah yeah!" Atticus remains on the sidelines, but it doesnt stop him from shadowboxing in excitement, unable now to keep still. "That's what I'm talking about! Keep tapping into it, you haven't even scratched the surface!"
Unlike him Alice is quiet, overtaken in a sense of wonder at what Heimrich has accomplished. Also much unlike the others, she can almost swear that there is something off in what's happening.
This is just your transitionary step, Heimrich knew as he stands relaxed, walking slowly counterclockwise to Vengeance. Soon you'll break your human limits. Show me! Hand raised in a flash, Heimrich fires off over a dozen emerald beams that arc towards, aimed left right center and above to force him into action.
"Fixing warped timelines..." Kalla says as he just smiling "Clever bastard, he sit so many so quickly... I think I know how he did it too. He's waited for us to fix them and then went about fixing them all himself so he could take the credit and get power out of it. So I was kinda right, he's out to make us look like chumps. And he's showing off while doing it..." The Saiyan male scratches his head about this plan of theirs "But how are we going to get in contact with this guy?"
Their prayers were quickly answered as one of the scrolls of time start to become corrupted, the scroll in question was from a select part of history. But one that everyone knew very well, upon viewing it it was the period in history where Majin Buu, or Super Buu. Was supposed to fight Vegeto. But the timeline has been changed, much like the last time in the Resurrection of Frieza. In this altered timeline there are 3 separate Super Buu's, one that absorbed Piccolo, one that absorbed Vegeta and one that absorbed Gotenks. Leaving Goku to Fuse with his son Gohan and becoming the fusion, Gokhan. The power of the fusion is extraordinary, but there are three of them up against one Fusion.
Victor just smiled as he accepted the barrage of overwhelming strength, finally being blasted back into a building on the other side of the park after Kali blasted his face. As Aylokin joined the fight Victor's face had finished regenerating as he pulled one of his broken ribs out of his lung before that too healed "Oh now this is hardly fair... The two of you. Verses little old me? Gee this is going to be a toughy." He says with a huge smirk across his face.
Raising his hand the mutant Saiyan sank his teeth into his own arm, tearing away at the flesh and snapping bone as it quickly started to regenerate back, the pale blue muscles across his body started to pulsate and... Bubble?? "I'd stand back if I was you!" With one final bite down, the muscle al across his body suddenly expands and swallows Victor whole. The golden aura around the body surging as the mass of flesh, teeth and muscles expands a nightmarish rate as it started to rush back into the building.
The blue muscle starting to darken as eyes and tendrils start to form, thick armour started to form like scales while things that resembling vents start to grow in places across the expanding body. The distinctive blue hue remained as the building started to buckle with the expanding mass growing through the building and starting to spread out into the city centre... At the very top of the skyscraper that he retreated into, an enormous head burst through the top of the building before letting out a thunderous roar.
"Hah." Pearle only lightly laughs for but a moment, and under her breath at that. Were it not for Jacob leaning around the way he is he probably would've assumed it was merely a cough. She plainly responds, though not with an answer to his question, more what can only be interpreted as a comment on his behavior. "You have to be the strangest Captain I've ever met."
"Alright guys, game plan time." She claps her hands together. "We'll use this one as bait. Head to... Uh... I guess Gohan and Goku we could call Gokhan, head there to back him up, but DON'T interfere. Black doesnt have scrolls to see what is happening in a timeline, so if you wait for him there you should be able to catch him. Good luck guys, and be careful!"
"Bah, never mind careful, just beat him up!" The Elder Kai snorts and waves a fist in the air. "Take that skallywag to the curb!"
Reaching the the doorknob the Lich was unaware of the curse until it was already far to late, it felt like a sickening crack through his entire being. Hearing Heimrich's words he looked back at the boy over his shoulder as he could feel himself turning into dust as the years catch up to him... There was no reincarnation waiting him. No judgement to fall upon him to see what life he will take... And no chance for redemption. "B-But... My service..."
He was fading into nothingness, a magical existence brought to an end by the judgement of a child who had power enough to tamper with a process meticulously made in a time before all of this was ever relevant... That act of revenge brought him in a spot light, just as much as his becoming a Mentat. Heimrich would know that there was now an eye on him, not anything that he could see. But he was definitely being perceived by something at the source, a rather knee jerk reaction to the erassure of the Lich. Though a voice soon spoke up behind him as the eyes still remained on him from afar "You've meddled in something you shouldn't have Heimrich... He might have been a prick but erasing him was out of bounds" The voice was authoritative yet posh, a nobles voice for sure. But yet the feeling, was somber yet satisfied. The voice belonged to a male, one tied to something rather immeasurable and significantly harder to just erase if he tried that again. The male had immediately recognisable Hazel coloured eyes... Well, eye. The left was a milky white. Rather fitting that it mirrored his best friend. Though they too had the brown hair that Duncan shouldn't have, though ulike Duncan his brown coloured locks were all natural... Even if his being here wasn't. He may had wanted one more person to see to, but seems he was getting another person.
"Don't get me wrong. I'm happy he's gone for what he was going to try and do to Duncan and surely try to slander my sister out of her title and home before he tries to destroy our family estate and turn it into a personal villa or something stupid, but what you did... It complicates a system someone has had going for a very long time. He was a worshipper of an Enochian exile from Paradise so he was going to be brought back as an animal to atone for that kind of heresy. But... You've just erased a life from existence. Haven't you killed enough Zoconians? We're already an endangered species as it is kid..." Heimirch would remember Duncan telling him stories of his older brother, a man by the name of Lewis. A prospective knight in the royal guard before his timely demise... And here he was, rubbing the back of his neck as he looked like he was at conflict with his thoughts. Why wasn't he already reborn and someone else by now?
"Look... I'm here to pretty much warn you not to do that again or I have to rough you up abit until you learn your lesson. Self made god versus Indentured servant style. I really don't want to, because you're friends with my kid brother... But I'm serious. You erase another one of us or mess up the afterlife process of ours... And I'll be 'asked' to kick your butt till you won't do it again... Won't, not can't. Just so we're clear... I'm not an enemy and either are the people you've royally annoyed. Yet... Just... Be more aware. You've got real power now. So be mature enough to use it. Oh... Tell Duncan nothing of this." He says point a glove hand at him as he vanishes from sight. The distant eyes no longer gazing on him.
"Vengeance is going to kill Duncan at this rate. He's burning up every last bit of power he has just to beat Heimrich... Though it looks like alot of angry flailing at this point..." Felix commented as he watched the barrier that trapped them all just broke away with the power that pierced through it. "There's no way they can keep going..."
Kill him, Kill him, Kill him!!!! Screams through the mind and in the eyes of the cornered beast, clawed toes dig into the plate glass floor beneath him to the point of fracturing, crunching and pulverising beneath each shift in his shifting stance, unable to sit still as its mind only ran rampant back to the most basic of impulses from its original life. Its albino wing stretching out wide while veins and muscles flex and bulge. The horns on his head igniting with a sickly rose flame while the strip of bone acting as a mouth guard cracks and expands to dig into his skin and cover his mouth, through cracking wide down the middle to form a sort of beak like mouth. His eyes twitches and looked at all the bolts as his arms lurch forward, a second spear forming in his open hand before throwing that straight for Heimrich, with a final lurch forward his feet crash the plate glass ground as he explodes with animation. Screaming forward with each ground shattering stride he takes into the earth, pushing his stolen body faster and faster so that the beams would need to chase him while he swiped and lunged for Heimrich with his spear.
Though something seems to be happening as the affliction affects more and more of Duncan, with Vengeance pushing himself through the transition of Wrath... With Heimrich's new awareness and Samuels uncanny knowledge... It was as if with each step that Vengeance made he was... Affecting the land, not destroying it but converting it in such a way that would make Salem smile. The land that Vengeance converted became nothing more than solid mist, not old magic or aura in his design, It was artificial and wrong. Much like how gods of Paradise had their own domains... Vengeance was making his own right here artificially, and growing larger with his influence. Ever since the civil war plenty of people knew of Vengeance and the terrible power he wielded from the recordings, and the templars were aware of him long before that... With that there was plenty of people that believed he was real... And even some templars that knew that the God Salem put him there for a reason. It was not such as emulating the gods... But stealing something they use for himself and for the sole sake of winning, much like his transmuting oxygen into bone for the sake of making a spear.
So in the distance Salem was already rather impressed that his experiment was starting to yield such interesting results. "Establishing an artificial domain to regain his spent energy... How wonderful. He's starting to meet my projections. Mmm but..." His smile fades as he looks back to Heimrich. There was still so much Heimrich could do here, he could have win the moment he transitioned. But what was he doing...
Jacob smiles after he witnesses her smile, to that was already one victory today. Now could he make it two with his upcoming training. He was feeling pretty confident about his training. Pearle's comment put a 'well yeah' sort of smile on his face as he nodded "I'd say I'm a good Captain. Strange would mean that its uncharacteristic of how a captain should act. I protect my crew, give us a destination, treat my people fair and with respect and keep the crew together, to me. That is how a captain should act." He says folding his arms over his head and rests his hands on the back of his head as he keeps walking with Pearle, starting to walk beside her instead of behind. The young captains eyes drift to every passerby as he continues on with Peale to the beach beyond
OOC: I can send a character for this, though it depends on which galaxy this is in.
Takes place in the North Galaxy after the Namek Saga ^~^ if that helps.
"Don't worry we'll make sure Black doesn't escape us this time!" Winter said as each of his team mates grab onto the corrupted scroll and teleported to the timeline.
Once everyone arrived Winter made sure no one jumped into the fight.
"Lower your power level and don't engage until Black arrives." Winter said as he lowered his power to a basic 40.
------------
"That is one hell of a transformation!" Aylokin said.
"We'll need to finish it off quickly before it does more damage to the city. So we'll need to attack him at the same time." Kali said.
Aylokin nodded as he and Kali flew towards the giant Monster punching at full force to try and weaken the beast.
Hmm... That might. Let me check really quick to see if the times line up if not I'll have to do something to do a work around
Alright
\\North Galaxy//
Through the battle warn solar systems of North Galaxy, the galaxy that saw the end to the tyrant and 'Emperors of the Universe' Lord frieza at the hands of a low class Saiyan no less... A defected Frost Demon and his band crew of deserters and additions from worlds they have helped liberate, seeking nothing more than merriment and a challenge, travel the stars and do what they must to atone for their actions while in the Frieza force, while their leader just does the right thing because it suits him just fine, which seemed rather out of character considering he was a cousin to the late Lord Frieza and King Cold.
Nevertheless the Frost Demon Flaz was always ready for a new challenge... Even if they have been bullying the Frieza force remnants while they struggle to get their leadership established again.

The Lich's thoughts disgusted Heimrich. An evil being in the position of power, entitled to reincarnation whilst his victims will never come back. Only when he realized he didn't have his easy ticket out did he want a chance to redeem himself. Then this asshat shows up, admittedly he knew this would happen, to call slaying evil a crime against nature.
While the long dead brother of Duncan Cross rambles on about the poor plight of the Zoconians he spits on the dust with derision. The Zoconians drove themselves to near extinction, and their goddess let them, because their individual lives mean nothing to her. He had no pity for them, especially for the Lich he just erased.
And Lewis Cross. Never before has Heimrich loathed someone to this degree. Long dead but apparently still kicking in some fashion, and able to effect the material world if his threat is anything to go by. The strong arm of Zocom's goddess and head toy soldier, did nothing to stop Salem's plot and help his brother, doing nothing as he suffered for eight years. He didn't even know he and Heimrich were fighting to the death. He knew the Lich was after Duncan and Samantha but did nothing to dissuade or stop him. Lewis may have a job to do, but his very existence went against everything Heimrich believed in. He didn't care who he "annoyed" by defending those he cares about. He knows he's a headstrong stubborn punk, he wouldn't be here if he wasn't.
He likewise doesn't care about Lewis' final request as he and the goddess' hypocritical eye disappear, it wasn't his problem to begin with. But now that that weird encounter was over, he could go back to doing what he was here for.

"It's been a while, Albus."
Far unlike her constant exasperation early in the fight, before it went right ways to hell, Scotti is now silent. She watches quietly and calmly, if not concerned, her aura matching, but her aura was just a front. She controlled it so no one could see the despair inside as Duncan disappeared more and more. His body was seen for such a short time before Vengeance began regrowing over it once more, steadily taking his true Forgotten form. She couldn't stop her memories of him, gathered over such a short time, but that did not ease the pain in her heart. Duncan...
Duncan...
A projected image of Duncan smiling gives Heimrich less than a moment's pause, but he had no time to discern its source before the hurled spear closes for a killing blow. His eyes never lose sight of it as he leans into a dodge hard to the right as a lesson from Atticus makes a real life application. Vengeance was still growing stronger as he begins to tap into his divine inheritance, that huge growth in power bears its first fruit as the spear grazes his face, a thin cut releasing small droplets of blood. Not quick enough.
The spear in hand closes frighteningly fast for Heimrich's chest, his reactions now weren't enough after just the delay between spears. I need more. Heimrich digs deep within his core, his aura running through his body, new conduits of motion when his body's reaction time is laughably slow. He didn't have enough in him to dodge this one. But his eyes spark as his concentration grows in intensity. More!
With a flash of light his cut and the few droplets burst into sparkles as he goes deeper, deeper than his body will allow. But not deeper than a Mentat is capable of. In that same flash of light his body moves in the last moment as his mind and body synchronize perfectly to Vengeance's incoming attack, forced to a new level by necessity as he twists and avoids the stab to deliver another two knuckle light strike to the beast's side as he passes.
He's getting it now, Atticus grins as the conflict begins to rapidly escalate. Mentats can keep drawing power from mental strength and future time. It's going to be rough afterwards and it's always tough on the body mind and spirit the first time its awakened. You only have this one shot!
The tower was in turmoil, the discovery of the Elder Lich's dust was quite the kick to the beehive as all the Templars assigned to the Lich were now looking all for the culprit that did such a thing. It was obvious that the annoying intrusion of Lewis didn't tip off the Templars to Heimrich's presence, Lewis wasn't going to argue that he was nothing more than a puppet to Zocoms higher power, it was a fact that he very much hated, not as much as he hated the fact that he can't help his own brother... But for reasons unknown to him he was forbidden from saving Duncan. Samantha however he was allowed to save but that was all...
Albus was sat in his chair as all the excitement rustled the tower, as he heard Heimrich's voice he looked up from the ages old letter that he was reading. The elderly man looks to the young man, feeling such an otherworldly feeling from the boy that only filled him with calm, feeling nothing of fear as he looked surprised. Though that wasn't to say that questions did not rush through his mind "Good morning Heimrich. It's been quite a while since you and I last spoke." He says pushing himself and the chair back so that he may stand "I take it you're the one who took out that deplorable Lich without anyone knowing? Officially I need to chastise you, though unofficially... I approve." He says with a plain smile, unsure of what this conversation may hold for his future.
It was no secret that Duncan was only slipping further and further with each surge forth that Vengeance made in his mission to further his masters goals. Along with trying his best to get Duncan to fight back and bargain with him into joining with him... But the Zoconian was too stubborn, wanting to either utilise Vengeance or be rid of him altogether. But such a thing was impossible now, their bodies too intertwined. There was no way to brute force them apart because of how identical their souls were now, there was no way to force Duncan from Vengeance without severely damaging them both...
The spear that Hiemrich dodged lodges into the ground before turning to pure mist, expanding his domain behind Heimrich. With the fist fe drops of fresh crimson that become exposed to the air, Vengeance's eyes fixate of the droplets of fresh blood before it all snapped in the back of his head More... MOOOOORE!! HE'S STILL BREATHING!! mentally screamed the beast dug deeply into the divine wellspring that he had yet to really tap into. A cry of insanity and victory as he finally spilt some of Heimrich's blood, not to bleed him dry.
Though not even he who felt both of Heimrich's knuckles strike into his side, throwing him off of as Heimrich weaved around his mindless charge. The beast came skidding to a halt before he vanishes, reappearing in the closest pocket of his 'domain' to Heimrich so that he could run him through with his spear.
"In a nutshell, you'd be right...even so, there's more to it than that, but if you manage to make it work well...." Pearle's voice trails off, directly implying that while she thinks Jacob is certainly a strange captain, he seems to be a good one. At least to some level. She otherwise continues walking onward, just looking to where she's leading them. It won't be long now.
Sam has continued to silently watch, allowing himself to become absorbed in the changes in Hiemrich. Trying to learn what he can, finding an explanation. Just what this new transformation no, state of being means. So much so that he almost completely misses the fact that Duncan, or rather Vengeance, has long since broken the barrier keeping this event contained. In a moment of clarity Sam breaks from his self imposed spell over Heimrich's status and immediately crouches down, placing both hands upon the ground as a new barrier rises to perfectly replace the first, only far stronger this time around as Sam thinks internally. Hiemrich...I can't believe he's grown so much. And Vengeance...to think he's packing enough power to break that barrier . Sam glances to his side to Scotti, looking forward after some moments, standing back up and walking to the side calmly. His expression is a mix of being somber and furious as he seemingly stares down Atticus with killing intent. While some may thing this is the case, the aged werewolf could tell Sam is not staring him down, but glaring through him. And there's only one thing behind Atticus that the even further aged vampire could be staring at- A certain meddling Titan God, quite the distance away, outside the barrier.
Atticus just happens to be in the way.
As he rotates around the border of Vengeance and Hiemrich's fight Sam's vision does not break, even though there are plenty of obstacles in the way that are preventing actual line of sight to Salem, yet his distance from the God does not change. The angle may change but the distance does not, implying Sam doesn't seem to presently intend to do anything. After a short time rotating he stops, finding what he was looking for, a clear enough path through all the things in the way that he can see clear to Salem in full view. He does nothing- Just glares. If nothing else one thing is safe to take away from Sam's present actions. Salem is now on a list, and the reasons are many.
Outside of West City Nano and the Masked Saiyan woman kept fighting each other while Aylokin and Kali fought against Victor's transformed state.
Damn there has to be a way to take that mask off her. Nano thought as she dodged each of the Saiyan's attack.
That was until another figure appeared as they kicked the Masked Saiyan down to the ground after getting a good look the stranger it turns out it was another Saiyan woman that looked like Sabi? Except she was all grown up and wore some type of coat.
"You alright?" The adult Sabi asked.
Nano nodded as she looked over at the masked Saiyan who vanished from their sight.
"Damn it... If the Masked Saiyan is gone then those demon witches are gone." Sabi said.
"But that beast is still around, listen I don't have time to explain but you must help the others hurry!"
Nano raised an eyebrow before nodding and flying off to go help the others with the giant monster.
Heimrich is leaning against a bookshelf along the wall with his arms crossed over his chest, any hint to his intentions hidden by his blank expression. "I'm not a Templar anymore Albus, there's nothing official between us. I just want to know one thing: Who was the one who sentenced Gregor."
Scotti and Alice each look at Sam and away respectively, each wondering why he moves but their focus was on the fight for different reasons. Atticus for one knew far more about Salem and knew full well why the vampire hates the god. Didn't take a rocket scientist to figure that one out. It wasn't a problem for him either way, both of them were on Atticus' bad side for various reasons. His focus for now lay on his pupil discovering what he now was
