I am the Goodwill Ambassador-At-Large from the SECFanatics Region, and Ambassador from The Great Universe. I will be paying a courtesy visit to The Great Library in the hopes of increasing friendship between our great Regions. Have a seat and punch up any books that you would like to peruse during your visit on the terminal to your left and there is coffee and tea at the counter behind you. But one thing, for your safety, be sure to count the shadows as there are Vashta Nerada about the stacks, somewhere.

Never mind. I just looked up the information in the Library. This is very strange. I was recently in The Doctor Who Universe on a diplomatic mission and encountered nothing like them at all!
If it is not too presumptuous of me to ask, what is the relation of The Library to this Region?

Please give our thanks to you wonderful founder, -Charlotte Abigail Lux-, for the hospitality that was shown to us. We will need to depart sooner than I had anticipated. Our AI Ship has been disconcerted by the news of the the Vashta Nerada and wishes to go through some extensive decontamination protocols. Our next scheduled stop was originally set to be the Gypsy Lands, but we have received a request from the Roman Empire to visit there next.
