RP: Bicycles become the new rage in Kowen and Incheon as a popular mode of transport
With the developing economy and thawing of travel restrictions in Kowen, the need for citizens to travel to work and visit family has began to increase expotentially having the need for the average citizen to acquire some sort of transport across the country or region. Private motor vehicles (such as cars) are still too much expensive due to the lack of an industry for them in Kowen and Incheon city so most of them are imported from foreign nations along with the expensive price of gasoline because of the extremely small supply of oil throughout all of Kowen. Public transport, while being helpful, is limited to only certain parts of the nation (especially only in and around urban areas.) These factors have led to the bicycle taking off in Kowen, the surplus supplies of various metals in Kowen and carbon fiber (for bike wheels) per pound being cheaper then oil per barrel has led to Kowenians, and their rising wages and disposable income, being able to afford a bicycle to get around the cities or countryside.

RP: Uns Allein Fractures in Three
The Evacasian parliament previously consisted of just two parties: The National Liberation Front, and Uns Allein. The NLF was a major left-leaning and pro-neutrality party, whereas Uns Allein was a hodgepodge of sometimes opposing policies with no clear vision. It rose as a result of the NLFs dominance, and remained an extremely divided and fractured party. Truly, it was only a matter of time before it broke apart.
The upcoming general election led to fierce arguments among party higher-ups; in some cases, spouts of violence even broke out among supporters. Erwin Wendel, the party's last leader, saw the extreme division taking place. He saw how the party served no purpose other than to oppose the NLF, and understood that it simply couldn't form an effective government. He dissolved the party, scattering the members to find an alternative in time for the election.
In the wake of the party's collapse, multiple new factions have risen up. Three of these have garnered major support, and seem to be the only parties capable of rivaling the NLF in the upcoming election. They are as follows:
Uns Allein - The remnants of the old party. They carry mostly centre-right policies, though these aren't the major talking points. They are avidly pro-interventionist, and believe in the Fenland independence movement.
The Conservative Party - The largest of the three. They carry populist, conservative policies, forming the primary opposition to the NLF government. They are pro-neutrality, and oppose Fenland's independence.
Legacy - The smallest of the three. They carry far-right and fascist policies, spurred on by the nostalgia felt by some for the Imperial Confederation and the much older Evacasian Empire.

The Prophet Maisor Leckser has departed for the northernmost city of all Platinium, some citizens followed him. Meanwhile the junta of bishops will take over the government until the Prophet returns from his trip, the winter arrives and most of the north is covered in snow, only the south can enjoy temperatures above 0.

Operation Thinkable has been started early by the army to destroy Luwuia, with 6,000 B-1 tanks, 11 million troops, 2,000 N-79 bombers, and 2,000 T-6 light tanks, have arrived at the Luwuian border, and start pushing hard, capturing border towns along the way. The operation is planned to make Luwuia surrender after reaching a decent amount of land.

With the Luwuian Navy surrendering, the Third Imperial Navy decides what they should do with the ships, and the TIN keeps the ships, and due to the TIN planning to keep them there for at least 2 weeks, supply ships arrive with food and water for the Luwuian troops forced to stay there.

The Nonadian Health Service (NHS) is put on high due to the outbreak in Luwuia, which could affect Operation Thinkable. The NHS brings medical tents and supplies in trucks following forces in the operation.

400 N-79 bombers fly in the dead of night, fly across the ocean. Arriving in Great eastern esta, and bombing the capital city, and immediately leaving. The surprise attack had 70 causalities, but the TIA thinks that it was to prove their superiority. A response is yet to be heard from Great Eastern Esta.
RP: Beets and Bullets (Secret except for Schwypia
In a communique to President Angelica Hethwyr, President Alicia Carré has thanked Schwypia for it's aid in both food and supplies which are needed both to stave off famine and defeat. Already the aid can be seen in the backs of military trucks as they cross the northern fields in the dead of night trying to avoid Blayredeshian bombs as they make their way to beleaguered front line units and small hamlets alike.
RP: A Train North (Secret except for Icewindia)
After the Blayredeshian raid on the airfield, it was mutually agreed that further attempts at air travel out of Gatisia would be reckless and downright sucidal. However much to Icewindian dismay, the federal government is not able to give them their desired naval evacuations due to the country's landlocked status. After much conniving and debate among the general staff on the safest method for extraction it was eventually came to that all the Icewindian socialists were to use the ageing CN-HB rail line out of the country at midnight to the nearest friendly port that the Icewindians can use. Though the general staff cannot provide transport they have provided funds and communication devices in an attempt to either purchase transport or for them to arrange transport from their allies in Icewindia.
RP: A cradle of fire

The Blayredeshians have continued their swing around Therveux, attempting to sever the supply lines to the former capital. And they've been successful. The government's attempts to quickly route forces to stop the push around the Therveux bulge were easily swatted away as the withdrawal from the riverbank allowed the Blayredeshian to bring their full might upon the rear guard of the socialist forces around Therveux and quickly found themselves surrounding the city from all sides. The news of this has torched the political stability in the capital as a development many saw as unacceptable and frankly disturbing, though not as disturbing as the news coming out of the city as the panic reaches the garrison there realizing that they're surrounded from all sides by their adversaries and there was a market increase in defections as people attempted to flee the city. Regardless the government has committed to breaking this newfound siege and the steady hum of planes delivering supplies through the dense fog could be heard throughout the day. It has even been rumored the famous Route D'Ambassade where many of the diplomatic delegation of the world were held has been turned into a mock airstrip for the delivery of these supplies as the government attempts to do damage control and keep the now surrounded city strong until it can be relieved by the massing forces from the north as unity previously in Ourandois make their way north to supplement Agrarien militias and Federal soldiers as they attempt to plan for an eventual counter offensive against the Blayredeshians and their Freestater collaborators.

Refugees have continued to stream out of the country and as the civil war reaches the main population centres that numbers has only continued to rapidly soar. Many can be seen in camps by the border fearful for both their future and their possessions they had to leave behind with many currently attempting to apply for asylum abroad mainly in democratic and left leaning countries though some have applied for asylum in Blayredeshia and other league countries seeing the opportunity to join the large communities of Gatisians already living there instead of somewhere completely foreign. However way it's solved the humanitarian implications of these movements pose a unique challenge as geographic isolation and relative inaccessibility of the country making any trip to peace a long and costly endeavor for some of the people who have suffered the most.

Rp: Refugee Crisis
Due to the ongoing troubles with wars going on across the world, the senate has decided to open up the opportunity for the refugees to find a new home or place of temporary stay. As a result, the emperor has decided to go along with this declaration, hereby opening specific border cities so that the refugees may be evaluated.
However, the imperial family and other patrician clans have voiced distrust within the senate and have decided to set restrictions on how the refugees are evaluated, and ultimately, who may enter. These restrictions are made based upon the class of refugee: The Novucives, refugees who stay in the country indefinitely / The Asseclas, refugees who will eventually return back to their home country.
Rights and Restrictions for the Novucives:
- Novicives are required to pay taxes and other fines that the government places upon them
- They are only allowed to rent land unless they fill out the application to be elevated to Gradus, in which they may own land
- They are subject to protections from deportations unless they commit a crime which is considered heinous or a danger to national security
- They can have a trial by jury and a public defender in criminal and civil cases
- They are required to sign up as either reserve forces or auxiliaries in the military
- To return to their birth country, all assets including children born on the homeland will be seized
- They are allowed access to public education and forms of basic healthcare
- Their children born on the Imperial soil are considered Gradus
- They May only vote in town or city elections
Rights and Restrictions for the Asseclas:
- They are allowed to live in refugee camps only, and thus may not own property
- They will be deported from the nation after committing any sort of crime against the state or province, and will be barred entry from future emigrations
- Must pay a fine to use educational or basic medical services
- Can refuse military service unless the emperor orders a draft, in which they will become auxiliaries
- Their children born here are not granted the rights of Gradus or Novicives.
- May not vote at all
The offer for asylum is also extended for nations at peace, but is mostly aimed for nations at war. Liscenses detailing refugee class are currently are being created. 3 port cities have been designated for refugees arriving by sea, including Amphitria, Insolum, and Meridianum. 4 land cities have been designated including Caligulum, Caracallum, Jurgurthium, and Umbriana

RP: Comaraka prepares for shelter
ICN: This just in Comaraka is preparing to hid in shelter until the storm blows over. The workers of Comaraka say that this is new to the land but they will prepare and they will ask all of its workers to be placed in shelters.
RP: Upgrades People Upgrades
The Storm has quickly intensified into a Tropical Storm now bearing the name Juno. It's backwards track has named it the Anti-Cyclone of the South. It has winds of roughly 65 mph and 1008 mb. Little wind shear and warm waters are expected to strengthen the storm as it tracks North Northwest towards Comaraka. Predictions are saying this has a chance to be a hurricane before landfall.

RP: what the frick is this
The Nonadian Weather Service (NWS) gets info about the storm from the Nonadian weather satellite, seeing a tropical storm form. The NWS has put the 2 southernmost islands under a Tropical Storm Watch to be safe just in case some of the storm splits off into Nonadia. The Third Imperial Navy also ceases operations in the path of the storm.
Over 4 billion nanoes (8 billion USD) is sent to Comaraka in aid, and the Nonadian government says that it will supply food and water to the area if it is needed. Nonadia sends 3 corvettes to the area to watch the storm form, and maybe get more info on it too.
RP: You fell for it, Hook and sinker.
The crews of the surrendered ships begin arming themselves and begin opening fire on enemy troops meanwhile, One by one the ships that surrendered begin blowing up.
RP: what the frick
The Third Imperial Navy immediately drives away after the troops start shooting, and supply ships are taken off course and are brought back to land. Around 100 sailors died during it, but luckily they ran fast enough for more not to be killed. The Third Imperial Navy installs a new policy, not allowing Luwuian ships to surrender unless they give up their guns and come in the ships.
Operation Thinkable is not delayed nor changed due to this, and the huge army continues their march through the border.
RP: Strong Intensification
The Nonadian Corvettes detect strong Intensification and tropical storm force winds roughly 100 miles from the outer bands of now the Category 1 Hurricane Juno. Winds speeds are gusting at 95 mph and waves are getting choppy. Flooding becomes a risk for Great eastern esta and Khosrau as it passes offshore. The track of the storm can be plotted as it seems it could intensify before striking Comaraka and tracking Northeast as a Tropical Depression/Extra-Tropical Cyclone through Nonadia's Northern Territory.

The Kavastori Government graciously accepts this money and sends the pilot to the program at an undisclosed location know as Ark 0 where he is outfitted.

Now that Phase 2 has been completed, 2 NDL's have been established where the final stages of the moon launch will be taking place: Ark 1 and Ark 2. Both locations are being kept top secret incase of possible sabotage. As of now, a final environment pod is being prepped and ready for the landing to accompany the shuttle and terra forming science efforts have begun are proceeding as scheduled.

The population boom at Fort Border has completely ended, after multiple aftershocks of late colonists. It's hurricane season, and you know what that means, Werewolf Islands has found another hurricane starting to form. According to our data, the hurricane was a small, harmless tropical storm directly south of the Nonadian Islands. But the tropical storm has moved along near the Great eastern estan coast, and became hurricane soon after coming near the nation.
Predictions can change, but currently from the info we have, the hurricane will become a category 2 after a little bit of skimming the Great Eastern Estan coast. Then becoming a category 3 after skimming the top of the nation, and shortly after, the hurricane will hit the nation of Comaraka and will partially hit Khosrau.
Info from the Comarakan News has revealed that it seems Comaraka is preparing quickly and early, with workers already being moved to shelters. Other than that, a Tropical Storm Watch was issued by Nonadian Weather Service in the Southern Nonadian Islands. Due to the hurricane just starting, not much other info has come out

The Nonadian - Luwuian war continues, but this time, with our info, it seems Nonadia has the upper hand (though this could change). In fact, the Luwuian Civil War has begun with the 3rd Luwuian Republic declaring their independence from Luwuia, with their territory not being too big, really just consisting of the Port Smith City Hall.
And if it wasn't worse enough, a disease outbreak has started in Luwuia, but so far no info on the disease has been released except that over 10,000 people have been infected and millions more are predicted to be infected. The Nonadian army also begins Operation Thinkable, invading Luwuia and planning to crush the country.
From our info from multiple interviews, we will now try to explain each faction leader we interviewed believes and goals.
HEMLOCK INTERVIEW
President Hemlock leads the Rhineland Confederation, which is a republic, attempting to replace the Icewindian Monarchy with Democracy. He is Esloda's nephew, which means he is very sad about Esloda reverting to insanity. He separated from the Empire to prevent genocide and the killings of millions as he says, and because of concentration camps in the Icewindian mountains.
He takes an anti-Nationalist League view, which means he thinks the country should leave the alliance. He also recommends getting Esloda out of the government.
IRONSIDES INTERVIEW
He takes a very anti Esloda stance due to what she has done, mainly the concentration camps in the mountains. He leads the anarchy faction of Icewindia, which from my interview has some good music attached to it. Both the Rhineland and the Anarchists have very good relations, believing that they will rule together if either wins. And if he wins, he will lift many regulations to improve Post-War Icewindia.
Similar to Hemlock, Ironsides said he will declare war on the Nationalist League if they don't pull out. The anarchist faction from the interview seems very united in their idea of people being free from government control and regulation.
ADMIRAL CATHERINE INTERVIEW
From the interview, it seems Catherine believes in a compromise instead of this bloody Civil War continuing, though she is very anti-anarchist. She likes Esloda, but knows that if she doesn't recover, she will have to stop leading. Contrary to what both other leaders said, she said she will try to end war with the Nationalist Leauge.
From my knowledge of the interview, it seems she doesn't have a problem with the Rhineland. The interview was cut off though, with many new factions being created, she had to respond.
MAYOR TUSHI INTERVIEW
Mayor Tushi is the leader of the city of Deiji, which is a neutral area, and it's no surprise alot of refugees are flooding in. He gives military access to the Nationalist League, but will not enter the war. The city seems to be the only place who's economy hasn't fallen by a decent amount.
He does not mind either side, seeing benefits to each side winning. He is also good friends with Enmarr due to their great investments in the region, but in return, Deiji has become a protectorate of Enmarr for 10 years.
The leader of The Atomic Schism, High Priestess Svteaer, has been revealed to have been arrested by Dwarf land4 authorities. After it was revealed, many in the Holy Republic went into protest against Liranaholm. After Liranaholm refused to give her up, war was declared by the Atomic Schism. The Atomic Schism immediately begins sends invasion forces across the oceans consisting of about 84,000 troops and 5 destroyer class warships.
But Dwarf Land 4 quickly responds with an overwhelming amount of troops, but it seems we will have to wait for a response. That's the end of the issue, new issue next weekend!

RP: A grand system

RP: Port Smith is now gone
With the rebels gaining an evident foothold within the capital city. The President has resigned and was later found dead in the street. A group of military generals have taken control of the government and ordered for 3 40,000Ibs Bombs to be dropped on key rebel locations and for mass carpet bombing to begin on the city. The bombs being used in the carpet bombing are 2000Ibs Incendiary Bombs. Civilians Casualties seem to not be an issue here since all the red tape pertaining to that is basically gone.
RP || RP: International Arms Fair
- The Artaecusian Government have requested a section to be reserved for the companies they will be sponsoring to display their equipment over at the International Arms Fair in
Etrius. The Etrian Government has also been notified that they will be using the outdoor facilities for demonstrations.Both Artae-tek and Artaecusian Defense Industries will be making an appearance in the arms fair with their own unique entries that have yet to be revealed to the public. Artae-tek will be revealing unique kits of gear from small arms chambered in 5.56mm ACCORD, to the latest iteration of power armor, the M-80 Advanced Power Armor. Infantry-based sensors and survival equipment will also be displayed by Artae-tek, all of which will be for sale.
Artaecusian Defense Industries will be displaying a few vehicles that have yet to be seen by the public. The M8A3 will be making an appearance alongside an Infantry Fighting Vehicle variant set to replace both APC's as the new multirole vehicle for the Artaecusian Legions. A new anti-aircraft vehicle based on the M8 platform will also be making an appearance, it features a modular missile system which allows it to fire ADATS, Long-range SAM's, or even just be used as a mobile Iron Dome system. Vehicle-related sensors, optics, fire control systems, and active protection systems will be displayed alongside the vehicles as seperate components.
Private military companies such as the Peace Sentinel's will be making an appearance at the arms fair. They're one of the few PMC's within Artaecus authorized to buy and equip themselves with military-grade equipment and vehicles.
RP || Inquisitor to Incheon city
- After hearing news of AMFlac operating within Incheon City, an Inquisitor has been dispatched to conduct serious questioning on their motives and beliefs. For now, all activities relating to AMFlac will be ceased while the Inquisitor conducts their investigation. It is expected that those being questioned will cooperate to their fullest capability.
RP || Revamp transportation within Incheon
- The Artaecusian Government has set forth a bill to aid Incheon's transportation issue within the next five years. First, they will be looking to send over and produce afforadable hybrid vehicles so the general public are able to purchase and use these fuel-efficient vehicles. Loans and payment plans would be made available to those who choose to pay the full price over time.
The second step is to increase the oil imports to Incheon City, so it is made more readily available and in large abundance compared to the other Kowenian nations around it. Oil will be given a discount to Incheon City while the Artaecusian Government will purchase the surplus metals. Gas stations and oil reservoirs will be constructed around the country as soon as possible.
The final step is to build a better underground train system capable of transporting people nation-wide. With the relatively small size of Incheon, the Artaecusian Government would not mind putting aside funds to improve the living conditions of Incheon City.
RP: Dangerous Hurricane
The Opposite Moving Hurricane Juno continues to head North now strengthening to its most likely max of 125 mph winds and close to 987 mb of air pressure can be recorded putting it firmly into a major Category 3 storm. Tropical Storm gusts topping 40 mph can be felt in Khosrau, Great eastern esta and Comaraka especially as the storm approached. Storm surge topping 6 feet is expected at landfall.

TD-LP2 has rapidly and worryingly intensified over the warm ocean into a firm Category 1 storm with winds topping 90 mph and moving Northwest skimming Waves Summit and expected to hit East kowen, North kowen, Incheon city, Kowenian islands, and the Wolfinite Archipelago. Path is still unpredictable but this could be most likely route with intense Intensification over the week.
