Sorry for double post but made a small change to Amendment F.

I have three more amendments I want to propose, on behalf of Altys. (Istg this better be right)

To amend Article I - Prime Minister:

Section I - Upon the Prime Minister being unable to continue their service, whether that be from anything that relieves them of their citizenship, impeachment, inactivity, or ceasing to exist, the following list shows the order in which another office can take over:

1. President

2. Minister tasked with Foreign Affairs Minister of Foreign Affairs

3. Minister tasked with Domestic Affairs Minister of Interior Affairs

4. Minister tasked with Legal Affairs Justice Minister

5. Culture Minister

To amend Article II - President:

Section I - Upon the World Assembly Delegate President being unable to continue their service, whether that be from anything that relieves them of their citizenship, impeachment, inactivity, or ceasing to exist, the following list shows the order in which another office can take over:

1. Prime Minister

2. Minister tasked with Foreign Affairs Minister of Foreign Affairs

3. Minister tasked with Domestic Affairs Minister of Interior Affairs

4. Minister tasked with Legal Affairs Justice Minister

5. Culture Minister

To remove Article IV, Section I, Sub-Section I:

Sub-Section I: Secretaries are not eligible to be in the Line of Succession.

To amend Article III, Section I, Sub-Section II:

Sub-Section II: When an individual takes the Office of President or Prime Minister, they will temporarily hold the powers of both the office they are currently holding. , and the office they are taking over- being exempt from the Positions Restriction Act. Once an election has been held for the office they are temporarily holding, they will return to their previous office.

I would like to propose an amendment:

Replaces: the entire bill

With: Acknowledging the travesty of inconsistency that is the Thaecian dairy industry, which suffers from a lack of regulation, shocked at the products that are labeled as "yogurt" for consumers, and seeking to protect said consumers, hereby enacts the following:

Congress hereby agrees,

Article I - Definitions- Section I : The food product known as "yogurt" shall be defined as a milk-based food product obtained by the fermentation of either homogenized or non-homogenized denatured milk by bacterial cultures, and which shall have an approximate viscosity between 147 centipoise (cP) and 159 centipoise (cP).

Article II - Thaecian Dairy Commission- Section I : The Thaecian Executive branch shall have the ability to create the Thaecian Dairy Commission (TDC), which shall be placed under the Home Affairs Ministry and tasked with testing all Thaecian-produced yogurt to ensure that it meets the above viscosity guidelines.

Section II: The TDC shall be led by a Thaecian Dairy Commissioner, who shall supervise one Deputy Commissioner and at least one Assistant Commissioner.

Section III: Every two months, the TDC is encouraged to submit a "Thaecian Dairy Report" to Congress, so that the legislative branch can be kept aware of efforts to ensure safety for Thaecian Yogurt consumers.

I would like to withdraw my amendment because of... reasons

The office of the president will officially sponsor this amendment. It is in the best interests of the region to vote for Amendment J. The bill is, frankly, useless otherwise.

The Office of the Prime Minister also endorses this. Thanks to MP Rhyssuan Peoples for proposing it.
