I’ve added banks recently to add a bit more strategy to the stock market. Basically, you can deposit some of your stock points and withdraw them whenever you want. This is strategical because you could deposit some of your money and withdraw them for the future, or you could not deposit and gain value right now. You could also buy loans from the bank of your choosing, which will be paid back with credit within two weeks. One credit point is equal to 100 stock points of profits and vice versa, currently, the price for a loan sits at 1 credit point per 1 million dollars, so if you want to receive a loan of 100 million dollars, you’ll have to pay 100 credit points within a month to the bank. Credit points and stock points are two very different things, so if you spend credit points, you’re not spending stock points, and vice versa. Also, you buy loans for free, credit is the payment. No other payment is necessary. If you don’t pay a certain amount of your monthly profits to the bank that gave you the loan, then your company will go into debt.

Three companies this week have officially fallen below the 5K point minimum to be on the market, meaning they’ll no longer be listed in the stock market unless there’s activity again from the companies’ owners. This is a message to all members of the stock market to care about your companies or else you’ll dive right into the Inter Regional Primary Stock and Financial Support Market.

Those companies that find themselves on here have been through hard times recently, but that’s okay, because here in this market, everyone’s in this together, and if we all work hard enough, we might make it back to the Inter Regional Stock Market! All companies on here fell below 5K points in the premier stock market, meaning they could not be invested in any more due to a lack of stocks. The algorithm here works a little differently, as the factor of external investment does not exist, instead, the only way to gain in value is through other companies’ or your own investments, karma points, loans, and that’s it. So instead of rising by 7K because of an investment, you now only rise depending on your investment size and just that for example. There are different banks here as opposed to the banks of the premier stock market, but aside from that almost everything works the same. To get back to the Inter Regional Stock Market, you’ll have to have your company value back up to more than 5K points, but if it falls below 1K, your company will be relegated to the Inter Regional Supplementary Financial Aid and Development Market. One point is equal to a million dollars.

Every investment by a nation into a company that doesn’t belong to them will be rewarded with karma points. The nation receives 500 Karma points for an investment in between 1 and 10 million dollars, 750 for an investment in between 10 and 50 million dollars, and 1K for every investment above 50 million. Karma points are transferred to stock points and are added onto the nation’s companies’ values.

In addition to the karma points system, there will also be another type of external investment. They’re called shares, which essentially means that the company you invest in has to repay you in the form of a dividend. A dividend is calculated using a percentage system, which means that a nation’s share is also it’s dividend. For example, if a nation holds a 20% share of a company, then the company being invested in needs to give the shareholder 20% of weekly profits. So if that company makes 10k points in a week, 2k go to the shareholder. Dividends and shares investments are overall pretty good as they don’t have to be renewed as frequently as karma investments, but they require more negotiation, as the shareholder nation and company representative nation both need to agree on the terms of the investment. The shareholder now possesses a share in said company, and they can sell shares whenever they feel they don’t need said share anymore, for example, when a company’s doing poorly. Shares that are sold on the market are registered as initial public offerings, or IPOs. The revenue that a shareholding nation makes is added to their companies’ totals. The number in brackets besides the listed shares down below is the current revenue being made by that company’s share.

There will be banks stationed across PPPPCC and elsewhere that will help to fund and monetarily aid the companies in the stock market. A good way to do this will be through loans, which will be eventually paid back by interest. To buy a loan, first choose a bank in which you will form a partnership with and buy loans from them in the future. This bank is now called your ‘partnership bank’. Now, specify the amount of money that will be required to fund the buyer’s project(s), and then, you’re expected to pay back a certain amount of interest within a certain time span. The money companies earn will not come from the state, instead, they will come from the revenue made from their products, locations, or to put it simply, from the client. The + or - sign besides the companies indicate whether the company’s value has risen or fallen since last week’s report. The number besides the + or - signs indicates by exactly how much it rose or fell.

In addition, every company on the stock market will get a weekly pay of 100 million Jilars. 85% of the stock market’s profits will go to the companies while 15% will go to PeePeePooPooCaCa. The nation with the largest company in each sector of the market receives a trading card, nations are limited to one card. The card is uncommon if the sector has less than five different nations, rare if it has more than five but less than ten, and epic/legendary if the sector has more than 10 nations.
