So my decks value just halved but at least I sold the 250.00 value card for 270.00 (I sold for 199.44, but after the fee I received 270.00) so I did gain 20.00 value.

I've heard about something to do with attacking and war in NS. And I was wondering how this worked, because there's this nation who's already fricked me over but they decided it wasn't enough so they've sent me a telegram threatening to do it again.
Huh? Was one of your regions invaded? Because no one can attack your nation in gameplay, but people can invade regions.
Invading regions was what I meant.

No it was the invading that I had wanted to know about but that wasn't what happened. It's this player 
Mikeswill, and it had to do with trading cards :(
Oh wow, haven't heard of anyone threaten to invade over cards. But anyways, they can only invade and occupy the region if the WA delegate has executive authority border control, over just generally any powers in the region. If you don't want this to happen I'd suggest stripping the WA position of all authorities. After that he cannot do much against you.
And they did it again.
You can block external telegrams if you want them to stop telegramming you, just go telegrams then preferences and click block all for external.
Oh and I just saw in addition you can block senders.
No, it's backwards I would like to invade them over trading cards. Because they have unfairly taken 40.00+ value from me :(
Oh, well you would need more WA nations to pile into the region you'd like to invade during the Ns update (12AM EST) and incase you are wondering, then no I'm not helping.
There are those older and nice nations who help inexperienced newer players.
There are those who don't really care.
And then there are those who will bully newer inexperienced nations because they're easy to take advantage of, such as Mikeswill.
He wants to raid NationStates Region because he insisted on out bidding Mikeswill on a card not realizing Mikeswill owned 194 copies. In the end he paid Mikeswill 24.00 bank for the card. Rather than raiding regions he should consider improving his card game. 😊
