State of the Assembly
March has rolled around again meaning the end of another term and my time as Secretary is coming to an end, at least for now. Before we bow out and get to an exciting round of electioneering though it is down to me to deliver a State of Assembly. I am not one with words like some of our great Assemblians here are, but I hope this message gets everything I want to say across.
It was both a hectic but also a quiet 6 months for me being Secretary, I have to be honest I am disappointed with my own performance, there was so much I wanted to get done that for some reason or another didn’t come to fruition. Some of this was undoubtedly down to me, and some were due to unforeseen circumstances, my love and passion for this region is still unbreakable though, and quite frankly we would be nowhere without my hard-working cabinet members.
Rhenna– I have been impressed with your willingness to work on projects when I have asked you to, while it wasn’t a super busy term for you in the end, you have a great passion and determination that some of the greats of this region do, you could go right to the top if you wanted to and I would be excited if you chose to, I believe that you would only take this region to bigger and better places.
Podria and 
Super Awesome Fun Times – Honestly, my greatest thanks likely goes to you two, not only for your incredibly hard work in Foreign Affairs and advice but for stepping up when you were called upon, we opened an embassy with Atlanticana, which will hopefully continue to be a fruitful relationship, a good N-Day alliance that ended up with a resounding win for ANAL. But besides all that, you both kept me sane during my secretaryship, always being there with advice when I needed it. I truly don’t know if I would have survived without you.
New Flamington– We both knew and expected that there wouldn’t be much Recruitment activity, but all I can say is thank you for accepting the role and keeping the position going for the last 6 months, it was a huge help and honestly an unsung hero of the cabinet.
United Asahi- Truly an incredible performance from you, the information role is no easy task, but you jumped at the opportunity and outperformed even me when I had the role. You always worked hard with such speed turning out a great census and culture competition quicker than I could have ever expected. I would love to see you take bigger and bigger roles because honestly if you can keep this performance up you could be an amazing Secretary. I, for one, would love to see it. Great job, no notes.

Venusian Soviets – This was unfortunately the very definition of working hard but nothing really coming off, we tried multiple times to get something going with a bump or issue almost always coming up. That does not however take away from your dedication to the region. You all had passion for your role and again, you all have great potential to take higher roles in the future. So, stick around, your dedication is a rarity these days and it would be missed.

I have met great people here, who can, and I am sure will go on to do great things on Nation States and in the real world. You are all incredible people, Thank you to all of you. If you meant in real life, well... you have to change your full view of our current society, it's not easy if you are fully on the opposite political spectre...
If you meant in game, you have to, at least, answer issues focusing on having a more present public sector, centralising your economy, or allowing a more socially-focused economy, instead of a free-market, libertarian one.
You also have to answer with the goal of preserving, or aiming to better, civil rights, or else answer in a way that doesn't affect them negatively... too much.
Political freedom is less of an ordeal, but don't pull the rope on authoritarianism too much, or else you get Psychotic Dictatorship or similar attributes.

Personally, the Finnish Lakeland is the best lakeland. You get the city of Kuopio, home of the best team in Finland. And the small islands? Perfect place for a summer vacation. A truly underrated feature, better then the Great Lakes. Unlike them, we dont have De***** and C******
