- Pandoska will end its continued agression and threats towards the Democratic Republic of Toshavo and its allies.

- Pandoska will cease any and all alleged weapons of mass destruction, I.g Nuclear Weapons; Long-ranged bombers; Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles.

- Pandoska will also terminate its planned military operation(s) towards the Democratic Republic of Toshavo and its allies.

- Pandoska and its Fascistic allies will all cease its threats and aggression towards the Socialist Federation of Misthas.

- Pandoska will agree to partition up 60 to 70 percent of its claimed territory in Osea to the Democratic Republic of Toshavo, Socialist Federation of Misthas, the Colonist Kingdom of Martantaka, and Brasilistan and blackacre respectively.

- Pandoska, as a result of this treaty, will agree to never wage war against its neighbors in Osea and Southern Osea

- Toshavo, Salfords and United gulf nations will agree to coexist peacefully without foreign intervention.

- Salfords will agree to integrate 50 to 60 percent of its claimed territory in Osea to the Democratic Republic of Toshavo.

- Salfords will agree to allow the Toshavoan military to enter into its territory without causing destruction.

- United Gulf Nations will agree to be annexed of its claimed territory in Osea to Toshavo.

- United Gulf Nations will agree to allow the Toshavoan military to enter into its respective territory without retalitation.

- Salfords, as a member of Hotel Lala will recognize the annexation of its territory should it agree to the propositions presented of the treaty.

- Toshavo will agree to protect and never use its military against the Salfordsian and Gulfians; and agree to never treat their peoples in inhumane conditions.
