Territorio di Nessuno and Brelfest

Prince Andrew Halendraff sits atop his raised throne in an oval table. Before him are several of his late father's still loyal servants. As they eat the food that they had ordered some 20 minutes earlier, Andrew looks boredly at the folder which was placed in front of him. The likes of which he called this meeting for. He then looked at the singular empty chair in the room. He groaned to himself before twirrling his spaghetti on a fork and taking a bite of it. A few of the servants took a quick glance at him, sadly frowned, and went back to eating. As Andrew went to take a sip out of his Soda, a knock on the door was heard, which was quickly followed by a servant opening it to let the man of the hour in.
"Ahh yes, Mr. Morrison! Glad you could make it. You're pre-ordered meal and drink are at the empty seat, do help yourself."
Andrew brightened up and pointed towards the empty seat. Of which Putonukk CEO Punjack Morrison gladly sat down at.
"Thank you for having me Mr. Halendraff, I apologize for my delayed arrival, traffic was a bit heavy believe it or not. I take it this is something immensely important?"
Andrew smiled, before then opening up the folder and reading the first words on the headline.
"Lucedeia attacked by Freedomsland! Requests aid in the face of imperialism!"
Andrew dramatically read aloud, grabbing the attention of the few servants at the table who hadn't really cared prior.
"I see... I assume you called me here then because you wanted me to send weapons out to them? Perhaps personnel? Really, if you wanted something so mediocre you could've just sent me a message, no need to hold this event."
As Punjack responded in a rather abashful tone, Andrew brought up the real reason why he had gone through all this trouble.
"No no Mr. Morrison, the reason why I brought you here is because I'd actually like you to send them the Green Cloud."
Punjack, who had been calmly dining at this point dropped his fork in surprise, it clattered on the plate, startling a few of the servants at the table.
"We-Well, this is certainly a good reason. Why all of these other people here though, wouldn't it be better to discuss this somewhere... privately?"
"Heavens no. These are my late father's good servants, he never kept his mouth shut when discussing internal affairs, this is something they are used to hearing, and these are things they won't speak of up until they meet their graves. I brought them all here to make it seem as though it was a normal meeting, we happen to do this a couple of times a week, this will appear no different."
"...I see"
As Andrew explained himself Punjack recovered his senses, and began to question Andrew in kind.
"Why send that of all things?"
"Well, your weapons testing of it on field was proven capable, as well as the equipment used to block it out from damaging forces. Plus it's also one of the only things I know you have a decent stock of that isn't being used to re-supply soldiers on the front. (thank you for that)"
"Ahh... Uhh, no problem. How much are you wanting to send?"
Andrew twirled around some more spaghetti on his fork while lazily saying "Twenty barrels."
"Twenty barrels?... Yeah I think I have enough, we can probably fly that in to Lucedeia within a few hours. They know about this right?"
Andrew smirked.
"We'll give them the instructions alongside the goods."
