(I'm unprepared for this. Oh bugger. *Frantic scrambling for a response.*)

Specifically, he would have arrived to Hii itself. The capital of the MoA, and a city of mixed messages.
Advanced in it's technology, lively in it's atmosphere and society, but utterly horrible in it's architectural and logistical planning, as buildings upon buildings are mashed together in shanty-like standards, kept safe only by the strict monitoring of the legions of advisors and inspectors that fill the city itself.
He would be greeted by Antarctican soldiers, and provided security by them, as they would be required to escort him to the Administration building at the heart of Hii, which is where most high-government functions are located, such as the Governor's own office.

*Denis feels embarrassed for causing trouble. He is here to discuss aspects of life in a socialist state and gather experience in devolution policy.*
He asks where he can meet up with government authorities.

He is informed that he can be delivered straight to the Primary Governor, as unlike with the previously visited country of Wubdich, Antarctica has a single voice of authority and decisions.
The rest of the government is a far more difficult matter to speak about. The leaders of the ministries are almost never in one place, and the Municipality Council is currently in a debate that has been going on for about a week now.

Denis decides to visit the Primary governor.

As such, he is taken to the Government's Administration center, the Capitol Complex.

Specifically, he is lead to the Western Wing, and the meeting room within it, the Governor only just then had been informed of his arrival, and thus, she only just barely had enough time to prepare... meaning that when he was lead to the meeting room, Cetiri had only gotten to it moments prior, and hadn't entirely had the chance to sort out how she was going to act.

Hindenburg sits in his office, looking out his window at ozis city. He watches snow fall and birds fly. He watches cars drive and people walk. He sits there thinking about his and ancapstands’s future. He knows ancapstands will be United, he also knows that millions will die. He’s not sure if his people will support the reunification wars after millions will die. As he thinks this a officer runs into his office cutting off his thoughts. The officer informs Hindenburg that the black army is only 5 miles away from Ancap city and that heavy fighting is raging on. The officer ask him if they ancap army can use artillery on the outskirts of the city. Hindenburg ponders thus for a few minutes... he didn’t want many civilian casualties... but he gives the order, artillery will be used on the outskirts of Ancap city.

Denis: Greetings, Ms.Oltasina. I am Denis Fewain, leader of novoblupolian red party- the second biggest political party in Novoblupolia. I'd like to discuss several aspects of life in a socialist state with you, specifically, the aspects of internal affairs and political relations.

"Greetings to you too, Denis... your arrival is most surprising and unexpected, but, I am quite willing to speak with you... seeing as you have come all this way from Novoblupolia. Take a seat, if you'd like, and we can get to this discussion as soon as you wish." Cetiri said, with a limited sense of being welcoming and cordial.

Denis: Thank you very much.

Denis: So, the reason I'm here is because I see the municipalities of antarctica as a very succesful socialist state regarding political relations with nations across the Pacific and I believe it's mostly thanks to your remarkable diplomatic skills that MoA is where it is now. I'd like to know the following:
First, if the red party does become the leader of Novoblupolia, can we expect economic and political support from fellow socialists?
Second, how should I devolute the state into many local autority-ruled zones and which labor unions should posess control over which spheres of society?
Last but not least, *takes out a small box with tea* would you like some tea?

"You provide me too much credit in regards to diplomacy, that is down to the Ministry of Diplomatic Affairs, I assure you of that." Cetiri gave a warm smile.
"As for your questions... well, I shall put it such as this.
If you were to gain control of Novoblupolia, through democratic and fair means, I would be most willing to offer support to you, so long as you maintain a fair and free society whilst you are at it."
Cetiri then tackles the next question.

"Devolution, is a difficult policy to enact when you are a state that did not start with it, unlike the MoA. Though the way that it should operate is that a region, based with a city at it's heart, and guided by geographical and cultural borders, is typically best suited to become a locally administrated zone. If you find that a shared identity exists within an area, then it should be allowed to operate with some freedom, though you must always be cautious of how you develop these regions, or else you may inspire jealousy and conflict between each zone.
As for labor unions?... We don't utilize those as a means of controlling aspects of society, our system relies on the central government, and the various ministries, which are structured so that they operate their relevant aspects. Each municipality has a branch of each ministry, these ministries handle affairs of services, and are provided funding by the levels above them. The government allows them to operate as their municipality requires, with little oversight beyond moral and legal obligations, in order to keep them true to their missions."

She pauses for a moment, and then finishes.
"As for the tea question... well, I'm afraid I must decline. I've been having some stomach irritation, and have been forced to watch what I eat and drink."

You know, ancapstands is pretty socialist. We have a minimum wage! That we don’t enforce

The Administration has finally repealed Corporal Punishment.

Ancapstands and Novoblupolia

Ancapstands

In the government a fierce debate starts. the debate is about a role of a queen. Multiple proponents, including Hindenburg says that a Queen should be put in power as a constitutional monarchy. Others point at the past and say that queens were the ones who collapsed ancapstands. In the final vote, 65 voted yes out of 102 to get a Queen back in power. The question now remains... who will the queen be?

We were condemned by the council. What should we do? Should we try to stop this? Or let it happen.

It's been like this for a while, it's honestly quite irrelevant.

So real quick. This really doesn't change anything...does it?

Randinland wrote:So real quick. This really doesn't change anything...does it?

Nothing at all.
Nobody really cares about it. Especially since that Condemnation was under a different administration that has nothing to do with the current one.
