Because only certain people can be trusted to roleplay correctly. And who said there was any "immunity" from the rules? Even the big behemoths have to follow them.

By beneficial I meant that he would still be in the clear. Not earned it. And we are not giving him immunity either. Or have we said that anywhere directly? No. I even added 'Bandit could add a 'Subject yourself or die' before the declaration' to make the last paragraph of the Consent Rule fully apply.
