I agree to this!

You don't want to visit Mestovakian cities during the mandatory blackouts.

Just so that I know what land I can claim as my own, how much of Europe is already claimed by other nations? I really want to avoid getting into territory disputes and all that stuff.

Also, on a separate note, I see that I've transgressed against more than a few people here, and it is my utmost desire to make amends for these transgressions. If there is any way possible at all that I can reconcile these transgressions, please let me know and I will happily get right to it. In other words, I apologize for being a jerk to everyone and I want to atone for my actions in whatever way possible.

OOC:About those Coruscanti-like cities...
They are literally asking some peace-loving princess with her purple-haired friend (Who may or may not ram her spaceship into other spaceships using hyperspace) to go down to your blackout underworld.
(Not meant as an insult, just a reference to something.)

Guys I kind of want to join the Legio Pacifica, should I or should I not? What are the pros and cons? I just want advice if anyone has any.

Holdo that thought. I'm not kidding when I say that Mestovakian cities suck to live in. Dark, cramped, noir-ish. Sunlight never reaches the lower levels. If you're walking down there when the blackouts start...pray.

Do I have to be to join?

That does not sounds like a fun place to live.

I see what you did there.
(There's a Star Wars comic where young Leia goes with young Holdo to Level 4 of Coruscant.)

Although if you study fire types, The Government Ask not to look at The Night furys Blast, it may contain Properties that should not be used in warfare.

[That makes no sense! One: Hyperspace does not exist. Two: Ramming does work at high speeds, but you would die in nanoseconds from the impact. As an example, a spacecraft weighing one thousand tons will produce 4.5 kilotons TNT equivalent at 6 km/s (about the highest you are getting with a single-stage conventional rocket), 1.2 megatons TNT equivalent at 100 km/s (about the best you are getting with ion drive, 107 gigatons TNT equivalent at 0.10c (about the best you are getting with fusion rockets), 21.5 teratons TNT equivalent at 0.84c (about the best you are getting with antimatter rockets), and 1.65 petatons TNT equivalent at 0.9999c (about the best you are getting using laser-driven sails). The 0.84c figure is comparable to the asteroid impact that killed the dinosaurs.]

Got it. We are most interested in potential uses of changeling acid - it is both hydrophobic and a strong proton donor, making it a potential solvent to be used by our chemical industry.

Nope. The land outside is borderline inhospitable, so unless you're living in mining towns or government and executive housing, you're living in artificial light. The structure of the cities means that trying to capture them is a nightmare.

True!
Still, Night Fury's, when fully charged, can eh....
Lets just say a mountain near them will cease to exist, but the night fury will be very drained.

Dude, I am not mentioning real life.
That was a reference to the Star Wars franchise (Science Fiction/Space Opera) since theres a comic where Leia And Holdo go to level 4 of Coruscant, and Mestovakias cities are from what I can see grueling and have multiple levels which is like Coruscant in the lore.
Also I can't explain bad movie writing.
