Within these here sewers connected with many regions, a being formed from pure black material starts to manifest itself. Its biomass seems to consist of a black goop-y sludge. The formation of its flesh from an unknowable place grows at an exponential rate, with it beginning to accrete mass from elsewhere at a greater speed the longer the process goes onward.
After several seconds of manifestation, the process begins to slow, and it finishes off in a flash-bang. The entire creature has fully manifested, and it begins to wade its massive form through the sewers, searching around for any forms of life in the darkness. It has two different motives; to find sustenance, and to find another living being to talk with.
As it wades through, it takes a more defined form, becoming more cylindrical and hunched over at the top of its form, with rounded-out edges. At what appears to be its head, which is not visibly separated from its body, a shattered white "face" emerges. Said face, however, looks to be more of a mask that is fragmented into several pieces.
This being continues its search for other living beings in these sewers with its better-defined and hunched-over form with the previously-stated goal of sustenance and the chance to talk with denizens of the sewers for entertainment.
With the presence of the being beneath the establishment comes an array of vague visions of hopelessness, terror, and doom delivered directly from to the establishment from the sewers. Along with the visions comes the noises generated by movement in the sewers and vague coarse muttering; the latter of the two noise generators being dialogue that could probably be extremely vaguely made out by the bartenders and visitors of the establishment. Perhaps, even, some of the everyday attendants of the bar might have experience with the entity underneath? Of course, any such feelings likely have little meaning and are much more likely to be unimportant than ever truly matter in any manner.
The creature exploring the sewers, in its endless search for living things to converse with, passively absorbs several dead zombie rats into its biomass as. It almost appears to have absolutely no apparent conceptualization of the passage and length of time; as though it might exist in some sort of temporal distortion, either isolated to its entire body or simply mind.
In regards to its filter feeding on the dead corpses, the entity barely notices, but likely still conceptualizes the fact that it is consuming the corpses. As to where the dead corpses end up, their matter is synthesized into biomass exceptionally akin to the pitch-black and goop-y material comprising the majority of its form. Such is the biological process of its accretion of material.
Quietly slithers back into their ancient section of the Sewers.
This is clearly a case for Special Agent Fox Mulder, and Special Agent Dana Scully. I mean this reminds me of 'Purity' a.k.a. 'the black oil' or "черный рак"...

Starts shining a torch down the darkened tunnels...
Hearing of a certain special agent having begun conducting a search for it, the anomalous entity begins an attempt to identify any sounds, and would decide to follow through in whichever tunnel the sound was heard emanating from. The creature seems less concerned with the possibility of danger, and appears to more-so desire communication with other beings. As such, it seems more likely to be governed by the promise of entertainment than isolation from a possible danger for it.
That is, if it can even be in danger...

Hearing the sounds of the euclidean being emanating throughout the tunnels of the sewers, the odd hunched-over black goop-y creature decides to make a short detour from reaching the No flagSpecial Agent Fox Mulder[/nation] and barrels straight for them.
The creature feels something of a similarity between itself and the being that has appeared just now that could not possibly be ignored.
