Understands the cultural and historical significance of the position of Great Leader.

Concerned at the connotations and implications of such a position and,

Desiring a more clear cut set of checks and balances.

Hereby:

1. Names Aussandries officially as Great Leader.
2. Gives Great Leader the authority to:
A. Carry out the duty of any regional officer.
B. Break, make or repeal laws at any time for the good of the region, anyone objecting can submit an appeal to any officer for voting in the region. if a majority is achieved against the action
then repealed laws will be placed into law once more, new laws will be stuck out and any law breakages will be treated as they would any other regional member.
3. At any time Assembly Members or Officers, optionally with advice/support from the people may call for a vote in which, if a two thirds majority is achieved clause two of the Clarification of the position of Great Leader act will be immediately struck out. At any time after this any Assembly Member or Officer may call for a vote in which, if a two thirds majority is achieved clause two will be placed back into law. This is named "Suspension of the powers of Great Leader" or "Replacement of the powers of Great Leader act".
4. Any law breakages of Great Leader if a Suspension of the powers of Great Leader is in place will be treated as any other member of the region.
