If you need us for anything concerning SD, like trade links, cultural links, historical links, give us all a shout on the RMB and we'll see, what we can come up with!

Yay!
Since I'm going to change the entire language, culture, history, and economic and political makeup of the RSD, it is prudent to assume, that there will be some point or the other where I might consult SEA's collective intelligence, and if it's only for proofreading. Thank you in advance! ^^

You're welcome. With out collective brainpower being OVER 9000!!! I bet we can help you out.

So, I've already changed the basic information on the RSD and created some history, which can be found here. You guys might quickly realize, that the small discussion on Romance languages we had a while ago inspired me to base Stelladoriani on one myself - namely Romanian, the most forgotten Romance language. (Unless one happens to be a future taxi driver. Or has already been to Romania. Or, as is the case with me, both.) I'm gonna elaborate the cultural, political, and economic details soon, but I'd say, this is already something we can work with for now (at least Selks seems to agree with this).
Thoughts?

Excellent work and very in-depth.

Which reminds me... I need to work on Alenberg.

Thank you!

Sounds like a plan! ^^

Indeed, I like it. We can work on connections to other nations in SEA at a later date, but so far, I like it.

And PPC, if you need help with Alenberg, we're here for you!

Polish Prussian Commonwealth wrote:What sort of governments do we have here?

Mervay is a monarchy of some sort, I think elected. Prussia-Poland is a decentralized constitutional monarchy, but I'm not sure about everyone else.

8 days later, I finally add an asterisk to my statement...

In practice, Prussia-Poland is a constitutional monarchy with many elements of a stratocracy. The King serves as a hereditary Minister of Defense, assisted by the Field Marshal, everyone's been through the military, and most if not all people at the top were involved in the armed resistance against communism.

You lied, there's no proper BRs in there.

Yes because the >7 mm service rifle between 1950's and 70's was FN FAL in .280 British and I didn't see the need to rehash its stats. <.>
Also G28 is basically as irl but in an non-American calibre.

Only painful thing for me is the Steyr StG 03V1 D: Barrel could be a bit thicker and add a gas system, other than that, I'm loving em!

On the topic of guns... IRL I managed to find 900 rounds of 5.56 which is damn hard right now... my wallet is crying but I'm damn happy to have it :P

I made those at an age where I was like "what's a gas system?"

German engineering. We can make you spent your money either on Diesel cars, which aren't as clean as we say they are - or by popping a few rounds into cardboard. Either works.
All your money are belong to us. ; )

Now only if you spent that money on not using broomsticks as MGs...

Good morning, SEA,
are you all healthy and fine? Awesome!
I have a plan. I know, I have many of those, when the day is young, but this one has been cooking for a while now.
Basically, a School RP - not set in a school, but at a University, in our case the Faculty of History and Archaeology at the University of Leuda in Leuda, Free Lands of the Selkie. It would be a small, low-intensity RP, with no requirement for anyone to post daily, closed to SEA-Members (and for this first iteration, ONLY SEA-Members, I am afraid, we can expand that for a second or third run) and less about the lectures themselves and more about the interactions on campus, between students, professors, assistants and so on, and maybe even off-campus, if you manage to hitch a ride to Leuda.
The semester, or rather trimester, would start on 3rd of August to the 30th of October. Language of lessons is English.
Who would be interested?

Sounds like a plan! For now, I'd say, I'll certainly find some time for this, so count me in! ^^

Count me in!!

Three aboard the University train! ; )
Though, just so that we are all along the same lines, we are going to limit our scope to the Faculty of History and Archaeology, simply so that we are all together and not strewn over the campus. That, and I already have a few characters at the ready there. ; )
