As much as it is tempting to celebrate the death of the CEO, I personally err on the side of "yes, the killer has good intentions, but a killing is a no-no as it will garner support for the victim, UNLESS the person is already well-hated." If you want to destroy someone, use their actions against them, not violence- that turns them into a martyr and you into a monster. Using their actions against them exposes their wrongs to the public, making them out as the villain you know them to be. And if you find nothing bad, then consider that you might possibly be the one in the wrong.
