It would be easier if you send me a snip of your location with the capital in it.

To WA nations:
If you are not already in a voting district, telegram me as soon as possible. You cannot vote or run in elections unless you are in a voting district. Current districts can be seen from my dispatch.

What is this region's policy on ambassadors running for office? A diplomat is this region's cartographer, so would I be able to hypothetically run for office? Do diplomats get voting rights?
Also, if I may, I would recommend that you start a forum thread for RP, like the Democratika does. RMB-RP and Discord RP tends to lead to low-quality posts, in my experience.

Under our constitution a citizen is defined as someone that holds WA membership, and is located in the region. If a diplomat can satisfy these two things they could hypothetically run for office and vote.
I don't think everyone really knows how to use nationstate's forum, or for that matter even knows there is one. So we will probably be still holding it on discord. But, hopefully through example, past players can show the new ones (on discord) what a quality post is.
Edit: Only WA members can participate in RP. To make sure there are no puppets. Ambassadors also can participate even if they are not located in the region (as long as they have WA status).

To clarify any ideas, I am using Huang Dong Diplomat as my current account these days, because of the WA membership. The "diplomat" is also being used for my own term as for outside my personal nation, like regional stuff, as the region is really a merger between different nations. So old main account Huang Dong, which is in Geographica, is being used to maintain a puppet region and my collection of cards. Huang Dong is more of a personal nation where I keep info about my nation as a whole. Does that answer it sir?
The theme we are likely to go with is a new scientific advancement or resource discovery sets off a competition between nations and their allies.

Honestly thats up to them, after you win a war the winning side can make any demands from the losing side (like real life). However, the nation might not be happy and the international community as well, depending on what those demands were.
Edit: I'll basically be Switzerland in the RP. I'll still be playing and you can declare war on me, but I won't be declaring or joining any wars.
Do you notice how other regions have maps? Their official maps don't ever change often.
It is like an activity for new nations who aren't roleplaying. Another thing to do in the region.
While when there is roleplay involved, the map has to be changed constantly.
Like border changes, and that...
To answer your question, with 2 cartographers splits the work, which allows flexibility. Two is also better than one as it allows us to share discussions with any new map editing techniques and etc. Although a team may be too much, I believe have a partner working on a similar project would produce much better results.
