Regional Poll • Bread is Love Part II:Patriotic Pastry+ Edition.

The Draconic Empire of Graag Brom wrote:Well, my fellow Americans, it's that time of year again with fireworks, hot dogs, and harbor tea. I can think of few better ways to celebrate our sickly, burning, and dysfunctional Union of 50 and more Regionside than to think of our wide variety of fattening treats which have become so iconic. A friendly reminder of civic responsibility to, if you can, stay in and therefore stay safe. Wear a properly woven cloth mask and/or effective respirator while out and about, wash your hands regularly, maintain the social distance etc. Now with that out of the way, let the smells and flavors of liberty whisk you off from this chaos!

Those people choose not to move to this great region.

(That may be true for your poll, but I'm keeping mine consistently open to all... Got to see all those gods-forsaken Discordites go into the [imaginary] red in my bookkeeping when I kick my regional numbers operation into gear.)
(BTW, why've you not been putting a link to my poll in the Discord poll center? That's been standard procedure in the past if I recall correctly.)

(We should get all options on the current poll tied so Graag has to send us all of them.)

UIS Leviathan wrote:The Great Lakes were crime heavens in the 1920s actually

I thought that. It’s prime real estate for organised crime to move in at the time.

And no, not really, unless there's a distinction to be made between them and some other type of consul. But things like that don't necessarily have to make sense, long as it works.)

Alright. I might rename the leadership or not depending on whether or not I think of something better.

What do you think of the language I did BTW?

(Like it, definitely sounds and looks like a Latin/Romance language... Examples so far remind me more of French than anything for some reason, even though it's probably closer to Italian given google translate identified it as Latin.)

I think it’s the {ç} that reminds you of French. I actually took stuff from Portuguese, Occitan and Italian most of all. Grammar wise it’s quite simplified. Adjectives come after nouns, suffixes denote plural and singular, and genitive suffixes. I may or may not use “de” for stuff, but I’ll find something I like.
