One Small Island, why did you go MIA on congratulating people for being first (and sometimes last) on stats?
I've not gone MIA at all.
A while back I was asked by someone if there was anything they could do to get more involved in the region or if there was anything they could do to help out; I gave them the typical message about joining the WA, endorsing me, joining the discord and getting involved with the constitutional convention, which was ongoing at the time. They asked if there was anything else they could do and I asked if they'd be willing to do the first and last thing; and they said yes... and that was the last I heard of them.
Then the world kinda fell apart and I've been busy putting my stuff in order, and it sorta slipped my mind that I needed to pick it back up again.

I really did't understand the difference between Bulletisn, Factbooks, Meta and Account. Could you explain?
There really is no difference between them from a technical standpoint; it's just up to you how you want to use each of them.
In my personal opinion; which by no means needs to govern how you use them: Bulletins are for short updates of 'breaking news' about what's happening in your region/nation, Factbooks are like Wikipedia articles about your nation, Meta is for OOC stuff like if there's something you need to bring up that's not about your nation or your region, and Accounts are like for sharing your version of events.
