United States of Chill cool people can you to send rectruitment letters to 10 nations make sure to classify it as a recruitment letter or else it will be considered spam and will be blocked.
To classify it as a recruitment letter click the “+” sign or “arrow”on the far right of the bar that says the nations your sending to. Once you’ve done that click the check box.

Also you can send to multiple nations by just adding a comma after a nation and then putting another nation

Anyway go to the activity page press world and foundings and find either democratic, capitalist or communist nations with high political freedoms and civil rights. Then on the right side of the “to:” bar there’s an arrow click on that and click the check box for recruitment
