The TIS government is humbly asking and proposing for the fine and strong members of Xenox. To allow Isles Coral systems group known as ICSIN (Currently only TIS and Aztencia accepted) to participate in large-scale military war games with an off-planet region, with TISes close and ancient connections to Xenox, this made the region the perfect option for this request. TIS is asking for a Xenox nation/nations to host these potential war games so TIS and Aztencia can learn new forms of battle tactics well the other nations will also see and learn ICS tactics and technologies and improve their military tactics as well. TIS is willing to partially pay for the war games through Beach Ruble in cash only, and not through material products or technological products from TIS. Lastly, some advanced TIS military technologies will not be participating if war games are agreed on, as for national security they cannot leave ICS.
