Time Runs Out? Not in Boggslandistan!

On a clear day in the Long, Long Ago, scientists in the Boggslandistani capital of El Dorado reached a breakthrough. Unfortunately, the thing they broke through was time itself. Since then, a bubble of crystalized, frozen time has surrounded the grand Imperial Republic, preventing any progress, movement, or accomplishment. The fair people of Boggslandistan have effectively become immortal, though they have yet to do much with that. Their only salvation lies in the generations of descendants of their space explorers, working through solutions to the chronal anomaly whilst keeping themselves alive in the space station Horizon, in geosynchronous orbit over the motherland. One day, the Republic shall move forward again!
