National JJBA month

The Strawhat Pirates consists of the biggest fans of the manga/anime JJBA. EVERY CITIZEN MUST WATCH OR READ IT. And on every census, There will be data collected on the popular work of art. e.g 'what is your favourite part'. National JJBA month Occurs in December, which is the month the manga was shown to the world, and almost 50% of the citizens are have a birthday on that month. During The Month, the only thing that will be shown on the TV is JJBA, Every Radio Station is expected to play songs from the anime, and the citizens give presents to each other containing merch from the series.
