Recently, ASEAN REGION was left toppled up, when many members left it to form ASEAN Union.
There was a diplomatic chaos as well, among the regions who held formal relations with the region, as now they had to chose one among the two regions.

Our editor reported from ASEAN REGION, with Borneon nations, WAD, ASEAN REGION.

The WAD said, "ASEAN REGION once was a great region with hundreds of loyal nations. It was founded by Marked56. During the foundation, I was in the Southeast Asia as a regular nation until I was appointed as their 14th WA Delegate and 3rd Regional Chairman. When I came here, the region was already "corrupted" since the founder ceased to exist.

I have tried many things to revived the region. The first time, I was elected as a WA Delegate, I introduced democracy to ASEAN. As a result, New order philippines became the first president during my early era. After few months, the president replaced my position as a WA Delegate, holding two positions at the same time."

Upon the ongoing crisis he said, "I see the failure in this government when there are so many "puppet nations" endorsed their "queen nation" (you know what I mean, right?). When they leaving the region to create ASEAN Union and the ASEAN REGION was exposed, The Black Hawks invaded this region, left nothing but despair. The senior nations was rejected, one by one, make them to do decision to join ASEAN Union instead.

I believe that the "ASEAN Union" is mostly occupied by the puppet nations.. However, I do support for their decision to left this for ASEAN Union. Only that, the government of ASEAN Union do not acknowledge us a official, though, ASEAN REGION is already been here for years. And that also the reason why some of nations do not leave because want to preserve the historical, identity and authenticity of ASEAN REGION. The longest nation region I believe is Atjermenan. He was here when I arrived from Southeast Asia two years ago. He is the most loyal nation to ASEAN REGION and now he is the current Regional Chairman.

ASEAN REGION maybe too old for them (ASEAN Union). But for us, ASEAN REGION is still ASEAN, if not us, who else want to preserve and protect ASEAN REGION?"

Our editor tried to reach the other side of the story, but there was no response.

Marrabuk, the name became famous throughout NationStates, when he fought against the coup of The East Pacific (TEP). He was successfully reelected as the WAD of TEP on Feburary 15, 2020.

One of the important factors of this election, as claimed by many, was the matter of unity. Over the time of few years, the TEP RMB grew in size, proportional to a large number of roleplayers. They grew independently of the forums, and so there was an animosity between the two communities under the previous administrations, but the efforts of Marrabuk, helped to handle the situation.

This is the most diverse term of Parliament, Thaecia has ever seen since its foundation. The term of Parliament will hopefully be a successful,interesting and fulfilled term, as expected by the citizens. Thaecian citizens have voted the MPs and Senators that best represented their views and interests. The inauguration event took place on March 8, 2020, Sunday as it was confirmed by Thaecian Electoral Commissioner. The legacy of former MPs and Senators has set a precedent that cannot be forgotten when the inaugurated MPs and Senators assume their office and that is you 'HAVE TO WORK HARD'. This precedent was set by MPs and Senators who created laws, debated in the chambers and worked countless hours drafting bills and passing them, that created a positive effect and stability in the region. Now, a new precedent by this term of the House and Senate will be set and that is Activity.

Activity has been a struggle for Thaecia as there has been a lack of interest in the House of Commons and Senate in the recent months. Even throughout every struggle for activity and interest in the Legislature Branch, Thaecia has been able to keep its foundation and have a reasonable standing in NationStates.
Independents have achieved the Majority in the Senate, which is a historic first for Thaecia.

The inauguration of elected Members of Parliament and Senators has begun in the Thaecian Stadium, 11 MPs have taken the oath of their respective office. On the other hand, the 7 Senators have taken their oath of their respective office. In present, there is an election for the position of 'Chair of The Senate'.

The House of Commons newly elected MPs to begin their fresh term (some are newcomers) with the 11 seats being filled are as follows;

Rayekka, The marconian state, Zon island, Ilefeb, Edan land, Zanaana, Evileia, Powder river, Runex, Pap sculgief and Tengjiang

The Senate newly elected Senators to begin their fresh term with 7 seats being filled are as follows;

Fishergate, Brototh, Marvinville, Asean nations, Snowflame, Aexodian, Catlin

In conclusion, we hope and believe in this new term of Congress, that there is an increase in Activity within both branches of the government and a new beginning for all in Thaecia.
