Commend Madjack

Reasoning: The Partnership for Sovereignty recommends voting FOR Commend Madjack, as a comprehensive resolution detailing the history of Madjack (MJ) throughout various regions, roleplay and gameplay, and his continual rises to the top of his spheres.

While MJ is perhaps mainly known for his work in The North Pacific (TNP), the proposal first touches on his roleplaying in the regions Judea, Ellorea, and Azhukali, which helped sharpen the skills necessary for MJ to continue extensively roleplaying in TNP throughout his nation's brief nonexistence and contributing greatly to TNP subculture, which the proposal talks about after.
