Christian RP Rules

RULES

Every real-world week is one in-game month. Any RP decisions made that could jeopardize the RP style shall first be affirmed by the Gamemaster.

Technology:

Christian is a realistic roleplay. It is based in the modern world, starting in 2025 AD. Technological advancements must be realistically progressive (e.g. there are no flying cars in 2025). All major advancements in society must first be approved to be roleplayed by the Roleplay Gamemaster, Domesticis roleplay gamemaster.

War:

War is a fun thing to RP, but it can also be boring if it isn't done correctly. For the sake of fun, the Gamemaster will make it a priority that *most* wars will not end immediately after beginning.

A "Declaration of War" marks the beginning of a war, but you are allowed to commit acts of war without declaring war.

Success/Failure in War activities will be determined by (1) the likelihood you will have enough military personel, based on your nation's military size via your declaration of war, (2) the technology of your military, (3) the funding (percentage of GDP) of your military, and (4) the story development of the war (the Gamemaster's ability to make a War more involved and fun for both parties).

If your nation has a Conquest-based foreign policy, consult the Gamemaster via TG to determine your ability to invade other nations. It isn't fair for a small nation to be obliterated by a larger, conquest-based nation, so chances are you will not be able to be as conquest-based as you'd like.

International Economies:

When making a trade deal with another nation, make sure that your nation's economic improvements are realistic. Consult the Gamemaster for advice regarding how your economy might be affected by a trade deal, tariff, etc.
