This report covers the period from July 30th to August 12th, 2026, marking the ninth recruitment report for Starlight and Horizon! We are once again delighted to recognize the Starborn who have dedicated their time and effort to helping our community grow. As always, our recruiters made use of Vanille, the recruitment bot created by Merethin. Across both Starlight and Horizon, our 19 active recruiters sent a combined 26,924 telegrams over this 14-day period. Even during the summer slump, our recruiters have once again shown an impressive level of dedication to bringing new nations into our community.

Eltran Space Force / Orbital Tonnerre claims 1st place once again, with an astonishing 9,187 telegrams sent! Eltran continues their long-standing run at the top, accounting for more than a third of all telegrams sent during this reporting period. Following behind, Airistocratic Luminosity / Airistocratic Radiance. Air once again delivered an amazing performance, sending 4,617 telegrams and firmly securing the silver medal once more! Rounding out the podium, The Ministry of Moles sent an impressive 3,578 telegrams! Mole's incredible output keeps them comfortably among our very top recruiters, made all the more impressive by the fact that they recruited solely for Horizon.

Just behind them come two honorable mentions, both surpassing the 3,000-telegram mark!

Kadaizee / New Ryansville sent 3,240 telegrams, while Untecna / The Lizard Army sent 3,215 telegrams. With just 25 telegrams separating the two, they round out an exceptionally strong top five, with every recruiter in the top five breaking the 3,000-telegram mark.

Behind them, Stevist Guam / Starlit Guam broke into four-digit territory with 1,208 telegrams, securing sixth place overall and becoming the final recruiter to cross the 1,000-telegram threshold.

Below the 1,000-telegram mark, another 13 recruiters continued contributing to our recruitment, each helping to maximize the growth and reach of both Starlight and Horizon. Every telegram counts, and together, these efforts keep our recruitment machine moving.
