Duncan's struggles and dreams end as the beast slides forward, pushing them both through the grass and dirt as he slides further in, and a wet snkt is heard after the beast's jaws fully close, separating his head from his body. The beast hefts itself upright on it's back legs as it scrunches its neck to force Duncan's body further inside itself. Its bulging throat looks like it's about to burst, but much like its predecessor it only takes moments for the body to be fully dissolved.

Unlike Duncan, who's life faded moments after the decapitation, Vengeance still lives as the sole owner of a headless body. His viewing angle out of Duncan's faded eyes was skewed since the head was on its side. The Bride looks back down at it as it absorbs both of Duncan's souls.

Once more the Bride lowers itself onto all fours and rests its head on the ground with its jaws parted open. It stares at Vengeance trapped in Duncan's skull as black ooze pours from between its bottom teeth. The liquid moves with purpose, maintaining a constant flow and shape until it rises from the ground as a black tongue that gently wraps itself around Duncan's head. It slides through the grass, bouncing off little rocks and uneven terrain until it is pulled up and over the long fangs and into its jaws. Just like the others, Vengeance's world goes dark.

He hears at first the din of the souls of the others, lost and confused as they babble on, but they eventually fade out and leave Vengeance alone in the unending dark abyss. No sound, no sensations. Just the black silence.

But then he sees a light. An orange burning flame that slowly dances in the distance, trapped in slow motion.

The combined otherworldly echo of Heimrich and Alice resonates in the void as the orange flame grows brighter and closer. He may be imagining it as he's being absorbed into the Bride, but it almost looks like there's a person inside it.

A hand grabs Vengeance's face, suddenly finding himself back in his and Duncan's body as he looks into the angered eyes of Heimrich.

"If I was as weak as you."

Minutes Before...

C'mon Heimrich, if you're going to do it it's now or never. Atticus crosses his arms and taps his bicep with a finger, noting both Sam and Vengeance's grievances with Heimrich's taking on the curse for all of them, though Vengeance was in full on panic mode. For Sam it was a mix of his personal pride and pride as a teacher getting dashed and struggling to come to terms with that. For Vengeance, this was the first time someone brute forced his clever little ploys in challenge. Worse yet it being Heimrich of all people.

Heimrich couldn't hide the fact he was hurting, though he did appreciate his opponents showboating some more. His personal attacks did little, the current Heimrich is far past that, taking the time to rush his healing until he was back to full. His comment about his true nature did make him snort in both annoyance and amusement. His true nature had been buried all this time, locked away since the moment he left Tropica. His spirit was always strong, but now he is driven, he's found his purpose.

A faint smile dances across his lips as Vengeance lowers his bomb to the ground and names his ultimatum. Alice dies, or the Sector dies. But he knows the real choice before him is a little different.

"Heimrich."

Vengeance is now pulling out all the stops, doing whatever it takes to break him and escape with Duncan's body now his. Worse yet, he knows the monster hasn'tfully merged. One more upset and he has no clue what might happen. Atticus will have to step in to save the Sector, but not before he puts up a fight.

"Heimrich!"

Alice glances at the towering monster that used to be a man before carefully, slowly walking to the man that used to be a monster. She can feel the pressure, what Vengeance is trying to do, but it hurts in a far different way. Heimrich stands tall with a determined smile on his face, his mind made up. He doesn't take his eyes off of Vengeance as she walks to his side.

"Heimrich, you're bleeding." She takes the end of her coat sleeve in her hand and wipes away the blood dripping from his mouth, doing the best she could under the circumstances as Heimrich takes the punishment for her, Blood Martyr fully active.

He doesn't move until she finishes, but after gives her a look and a smile. "Thanks."

Her nerves are fried at this point, but as she backs up to rejoin Atticus and Blud she gives him a big smile back despite, one that renews his tiring spirit and constant pain. That beautiful smile that draws your attention like nothing else, a smile and infectious happiness that never failed to make Heimrich smile as well and lift his spirits. A smile he fell in love with, a woman he would always cherish with every moment.

It was this simple all along.

Alice's smile fades into surprise and worry as a red dome surrounds him, made of solid red ribbons that overlap each other and close like a vice around him. Each vine of energy shines ruby red and revolves like gears, forever twisting. Atticus' jaw nearly drops as he brings his hands up. "Wait- ... C'mon Heimrich c'mon! Show it to me! Show me your resolve!

Heimrich didn't miss her smile fade as he was encircled in the dome, but a small smile flits across his face all the same. Don't worry Alice, you gave me the answer I needed.

"What... What is this Sam?" Bewildered and mildly concerned Scotti spares a sidelong glance at him before fixating again on the strange energy barrier that completely cuts off all view of Heimrich. "Is this even aura anymore?"

Snow falls and contrasts the dark night and trees, a man in dark clothes and a young boy with gray hair stand together looking to the east, ignoring the cold. "The elders said you discovered your calling."

Eyes close, his body relaxed, Heimrich lets the words of the ritual flow through him and echo within.

"You've been gone for years bro, I've gotten a lot stronger!" The boy punches the air in front of him a few times. "I'm going to be a Templar!"

The stoic man smiles slightly in satisfaction. "Knew you had it in you." "Don't worry bro, I'll protect Alice, an' ev'ryone, and you'll be able to see me be strong, the real strong!" "I know I will."

Heimrich puts out his fist and after a moment his older brother fist bumps it before putting on the cloth mask. It forms to his face and hides his features, a pitch black abyss that sudden terrible yellow light burns forth from. The young boy grins widely. "I'll be a real hero like Siegfried, and like my big bro one day!"

His brother helped him discover this path, the legend of Siegfried helped him down it. Duncan and the Templars honed him and his mind, and his trials gave him strength. And Alice. Dear Alice. You gave me the courage to continue. From the start until now I have been able to endure thanks to your kindness and your love. From your letters to your laugh, I couldn't imagine a world without you.

His eyes remain closed as his hair begins to float upwards and wave as of he was underwater. Light begins to shine from his body as the ritual rises in intensity. A smile forms as he looks back upon his life and imagine what his future could hold.

The mental image of Alice's beaming smile encompasses everything Heimrich has ever strived for, surpassing the need for strength and even the need to merely protect her, something that he was so zealous for yet spiraled out of control before, resulting in the Moon Beast. This was the strength his brother told him to seek. A strength that he still hopes his brother had found. The power to protect happiness.

I will protect her smile.

"And yet another Time Patroller is trying to ruin my fun." The Master said as he sighed.

"You are correct, but we are far better than Gero's version." Uni said.

"So I heard... And I guess you have something to do with Trunks disappearing I assume?" Winter asked as he crossed his arms.

"Not our fault that annoying brat is trying to ruin our fun." Nano said.

"Might I add it is fun to watch the Time Patrol in action.

"With that said you better turn away now or we'll use force." Nano said.

"We're basically like Cell except we're not a oversized bug." Uni said.

Great two Androids that can mimic every fighter's moveset... Could this day get any worst? Winter thought.

As the hours went by Winter was still having trouble with the two Android sisters Uni and Nano. Even in his Golden form he keeps on getting punches from the two Androids almost like they know his every weakness.

"Do you give up now?" Nano asked as she fired a few death beams at Winter.

Winter blocked each beam before getting sneaked up on by Uni punching Winter out of his Golden form as he hit the ground. Both Nano and Uni descended to the ground and looked at the now injuried Winter.

"Im-possible... You wer-e able to bea-t me in my golden form." Winter said as he grunted in pain trying to look at both sisters.

"We tried warning you Time Patroller." Uni said.

"We are not normal Androids." Nano said.

Both Nano and Uni held up their hand and started to summon a large ki blast to finish Winter off. That was until the Master contacted them.

"He is beaten Uni and Nano return home." The Master said.

"Of course father." The two sisters said as they both disappeared.

Leaving a now injuried Winter on the ground as he passes out from the blood loss.

This is my fate huh... Being some kind of snack for an world ending abomination... I suppose it could be worse. I could have been absorbed by Duncan when we first met. Boy that would have ended up with something terrible. He thinks to himself as the Bride beast finally takes the last bastion of Vengeance had, not even bothering to regenerate a new body since this was his last stop anyways. Any attack he used would have been useless.

At first Vengeance could ear the fearful babbling of the fools that were eaten before him. Well at least the silver lining is that I can annoy Sam for the rest of eternity. That will be fun... Hmm? Watching it all flicker away as a single orage soul in the distance distracts him, he could hear the unified voices again as he groaned. Will they ever shut up? Hearing the Bride beast ask if he knew the difference between them is, he sarcastically answers "Besides the fact that I'm not some sicko that eats people? Go one, please. Do tell mr and mrs horror show. What is the difference, besides your stupid as f*ck beauty and the beast gone wrong dynamic."

Then, yet again he felt the world crashing all around him as he found himself back in his body from minutes before the Bride beast formed, looking up at Heimrich through the boy's fingers that wrapped around his mask. The illusion over is mind fading... An illusion so perfect that even Duncan had no idea what was happening. "Some kind of dream? What in the..." With those Emerald eyes now refocussed on Heimrich he tried to move his tail to impale the presumptuous git that now held him down by his face and called him weak... But then again, how long had he been in that illusion? When did it start and how long did it last? Was he still inside the sways of that illusion? This was bad. Very very bad... What did Heimrich do in the time that illusion lasted? How much damage could he have down to him in that window of time...

As the two entered the Nest they can see the Surpreme Kai Of Time and May trying to heal a injuried Winter.

"Winter?!" Pepper asked shocked to see her team leader in this state.

Nano and Uni were on a cliff side watching as the Z fighters fight against Cell after a while of waiting two cloaked figures appeared behind them.

"Ah, glad to know you two were able to leave Conton City without no damage." Nano said as she turned to face her two Android brothers.

"Well unlike others those four Time Patrollers aren't the type to punch first and ask questions later." One brother said as he took off his cloak.

"Sounds like you and Rycon had it easy." Uni said as she kept watching the Cell Games.

"What makes you say that?" Rycon asked as he took his cloak off as well.

"Me and Nano had to knock some sense into two Time Patrollers they wanted to stop father's fun and so we stopped them." Uni said.

"Except for Trunks... He escaped our battle before we could do more damage to him." Nano said.

"Anyway Rift are you ready to make this timeline a bit more interesting?"

"I am ready its time for the Cell Games to be a lot more fun!" Rift said as he summoned some type of dark energy ball between his hands.

"TIME BREAKER!"

Rift shouted as he shot the ball into the air once it reached a certain height the ball exploded causing a rift in time as Broly, Slug, and Super Buu appeared and charged towards the Cell Arena and all three of them attacking both Cell and the Z fighters.

"Now this is what I call a tournament!" Uni said excited as she saw the fighting get intense.

"Yes, Winter told me about the Androids... But the ones he fought were different." The Supreme Kai said as she finished healing Winter.

"She's rig-ht... The two Androids that I fought were like Cell they can mimic all of the powers from different warriors throughout time." Winter explained in between painful grunts.

This wasn't good. It was bad enough when he thought there was just the one Android. Now there are four running around down as they like with time. "The two that attacked you clearly had an agenda... Perhaps they wanted to kill trunks? He is one of our most Veteran members here at the Time Patrollers besides the Future Warrior and the Hero of Time..."

Kalla found it troubling that these Androids could copy fighting styles from different fighters across time... Similar to them as they train with their teachers. But clearly less costly in time. "We can't ignore this, they'd kill one of our own just to entertain their mysterious master. We need to find out what they're doing and put it a stop to it."

"They're in the Cell Era messing with the Cell Games they summoned Broly, Slug, and Super Buu."

"Then let's go we need to stop those Androids." May said as she cracked her knuckles.

"Good luck you three sadly I can't come due to my injuries." Winter said.

Kalla walked over to Winter resting a hand on his injured comrades shoulder while giving a determined thumbs up "You just rest up, we'll make sure to leave you the two androids that beat you up so you can beat them back when you're all healed up." Patting the Frieza clansman he called a friend, Kalla moved over to enter the scroll to put a stop to their games.

Kalla was only able to help Pepper reach a higher power but he wasn't really able to reach Legendary Blue. He was still on the same point that he was with Legendary Saiyan God. While his power was definitely higher than any normal Saiyan God, he still wasn't stronger than Winter in scope of power... He'll have to get creative with how he deals with the androids and the enemies through time. Smiling to both May and Pepper he cracks his knuckles. "Let's show these metal menaces who protects time from creeps like them." He says stepping through time shining light of the scroll into the Cell games.

I know Wab's has his own inputs he'll bring up later in the story with the human he's brought in. So I've decided I'm bringing in someone too. I hope you don't mind when he appears that a new villain from Kalla's and the human's past appears?

Broly blocked the young Saiyans blast, however it did deal some damage to the large Saiyan angry Broly charged up his power and flew towards Kalla while sending out green ki blast.

Lord Slug went into his giant Namekian form as he tried to grab Pepper, however the Majin was too fast for the evil Namekian as she delievered huge punches to Slug's stomach.

May went into her SSJ 3 form since she would save her blue form for the four Androids later. She dodged each of Super Buu's attacks as she fired a big bang attack at Buu sending him flying towards the ground.
