Eurasies is a Federal Presidential Republic, where the President of the Republic acts as the Head of State and Government simultaneously. The President is democratically elected by the vote of the citizens for a term of five years, being prohibited from repeating the position consecutively. The President is in charge of exercising the Executive Power of Eurasies, being the highest authority in the country, the function of the President is to execute laws approved by the Assembly or decrees issued by the same. He can able to appoint his own cabinet of ministers (called Advisers in Eurasies) with prior approval of the Assembly.

The Eurasian Assembly is the governmental body that exercises Legislative Power in Eurasies, democratically elected every five years. It has 600 deputies elected at the national level and 10 foreign deputies who act as observers in the Assembly. The main function of this body is to approve or repeal laws of a social or economic nature for the nation, the deputies have a limit of repeating the office twice in a row.

The Judicial Power is exercised by the Eurasian Court of Justice, its main function being to validate or invalidate the laws or decrees approved by the President and the Assembly, the Court is made up of 50 judges called Magistrates, and one of them is appointed by the other Magistrates as the Head of the Court of Justice. The magistrates are appointed through a vote in the Assembly, which takes place every 3 years, with the magistrates having the opportunity to repeat the position up to five consecutive times. The Judicial Power is divided into Federal Courts belonging to each Federal Region, and the function of these courts is to invalidate or respect laws in the Federal Region it represents.

The last governmental power in Eurasies is the Electoral Power, which is also the least known. Its function is to organize elections of all kinds throughout the country and announce the results publicly at the end of each vote. This power is exercised by the Eurasian Electoral Committee, which is made up of 10 Rectors and a President, who must comply with the processes to follow for a democratic and fair vote.

Since 1950, that Eurasies is a Republic, the government has been defined as :

• Democratic : The Eurasian government is democratic, the vote is the best tool of the people, and the results of each election are completely honest.

• Pacifist : Eurasies has almost always remained a nation that does not get involved in armed conflicts, since they consider that diplomacy and peace is better than war.

• Federalist : The government has considered that, in a nation as large as Eurasies, the regional authorities should have autonomy for the healthy functioning of the country.

• Secular : Since the end of the monarchy in Eurasies, the government has declared itself secular referring to the religious issue, since it is considered immoral to support and give government incentives to a specific religion, each citizen has the freedom to be a believer in any religion.

• Humanist : The main rights of man are defended; the right to life, the right to property and the right to liberty.

The President of Eurasies has a group of assistants called Asesores (known in other places as Ministers), who depending on their specialty, help the National Executive with the administration of the country, both socially and economically.

The Cabinet of Advisors is personally elected by the President, with prior authorization from the Assembly. According to national laws, Advisors must be qualified for the Ministries that they will occupy.
