I feel like some mastermind is abusing the facts the mods are too lenient to just suppress and just pushing an option that doesn't work out for the situation
And there are entire pages of people saying "yeah that sucks" "I agree" "but why is that bad" "idk" "well you suck if you think that doesn't suck"
Just useless border-line spam and heaps of double posts and unofficial role-play (do that on the forums PLEASE)

Well I've seen very colorful fonts and I doubt that I'm simply "not allowed to" make the words in RMB posts and Factbook more colorful.

In all seriousness though I would probably do lots of things, mainly recite on the organ, write a bit down, and then maybe draw maps. I like drawing maps.

Afaik, you can't use colour codes on the RMB, however for factbooks and WFEs, you use the [colour] (or [color]) tags
E.G.
[colour=red]Hello[/colour]Would produce red text
In place of "red" you can use any Hexidemical code for colour you wish.
To address the mod comment:
Mods use a very specific red/bold pattern for moderating the forums which is against game rules to replicate (as you are pretending to be a mod). I'm not aware of NS Mods being able to use colour on the RMB though
