Mein kameraden und fellow Tribal citizens. I stand here today after careful forethought to submit an apology. Without even thinking i forced two groups into a war with Equis over the petty reason of who sat on their throne. I pulled in my own people and i pulled in the noble and loyal hearted Teutionians without even consulting them. This was the action of recklessness and stupidity. Senate Passes Resolution on State Sanction Assassinations, Issues Formal Condemations, and begins prodecure to vote on Permenant Senate Meeting Location
The Senate today passed a total of three resolutions and bills. The First Two are in regards to the conclusion the recent War of the Equisian Throne, with the first resolution establishing the Covenant's opposition to State Sanction Assassination, The Resolution reaffirms Teutionia's commitment to Civilized Diplomacy and calls for Senate and Royal responses to breaches of said diplomatic protocols. The Second Resolution formally condemns the Nations of Republica and The New Equisian Federation over the assassination of Queen Kotori and Various Tribal Navy Officers respectively. The condemnations do nothing official, just a stern warning, but do signal at Teutionia's future reluctance to join a coalition.
Lastly, The Senate started its process of voting on a new and permanent location for the Senate to meet. The Senate will begin to hear various proposals on a new location and will vote on it after enough time to analyze each bid passes.

"My fellow citizens, subjects, and people of the world. The past years, those since the destruction of Dawn, have been dark and filled with the fires of war constantly on the horizon. We have faced murderers on the thrones of superpowers, rebels claiming to be heroes of the workers, and nations that turned from ally to antagonist in the blink of an eye. The world is dark and full of terrors, and it may seem to many that there is little reason to hope for a better future.
"But today I am standing before you, my countrymen and the people of the Orion Spur, to tell you that my resolve is unbroken. In the past months, we have ended the threat posed by Kotori Itsuka once and for all, and showed the galaxy that the Empire will not forget those that harm her citizens. We have defeated the Equisians in a war that, despite all expectations, was short and ended with very few casualties. Our people can sleep at night knowing that the greatest war criminal the galaxy has seen since Mountjoy and the Manchuvians has been consigned to the Void where she shall be judged by history for the cruel, evil woman she was. Our fight for justice is over. Those that perished at her hand can now rest in peace due to the sacrifices of those agents of the Office of Naval Intelligence who gave their lives to end hers. Each of them knew that their mission was a one way trip. Each of them volunteered. They were given the chance to back out to the very moment the doors opened on their dropship, and not a single one wavered.

To be a xenophobe, to sympathize with the scum of the human race that is Cerberus, must be an ideology that results in one being cast out from their community. We must not tolerate xenophobia. We must not let our anger at those that perpetuated the attack on Dawn spread to a hatred of the people of Equis. We must not become that which we despise and give in to the easy solution of hating Equisians for what one person did- and, might I remind you, what one human did. We must strive to be better. We must step into the future with clear eyes and open hearts, ready to accept anyone that is willing to accept us back.
"To those that fought alongside us in Kotori's War, thank you for your support. We will remember this for a thousand years. To those that condemned us, particularly the Vulpine nations, we are not sorry for fighting this fight. Kotori's cruelty and evil cannot be overstated, and her return would have risked untold suffering for millions more than those she had already killed. The Spur would go to war to prevent the return of Mountjoy, of the Manchuvians, of any number of this breed of evil.

Rebels Pushed out of urban New Liberia
The Army and SAC have pushed Hawley's rebels out of New Liberia's capital and the the rebels are "running scared" according to the local Army commander.
With urban centers on New Liberia secure and all population centers liberated, the Army has begun to "mop up" rebel forces in New Liberia. There are even hopes of capturing the rebel leader.
The Grand Sovereign and the Stek Empire look forward to restoring the Stek-Republican Friendship.
Ukarist enters into Cooperation with Stekarus
The resolution of the diplomacy - which had been the primary reason for the Queen-Protectress's visit to Stekarus - has been revealed now by the Ukaristi foreign office:
Ukarist is to be brought under the military protection of the Northern Empire, until her own security forces are considered sufficiently able to defend her interests.
Ukaristi security forces will work with the officers of Stekarus in the joint-academy on Centauri VI-IV to aid and accelerate their training into becoming a more tactically-potent fighting force.
Ukarist will work with the government of Stekarus to explore options for the Ukaristi colonisation of a habitable world. Once plans are in place, it is expected that Stekarus will provide aid in establishing the new colony world.
The office of foreign relations is expected to review their general foreign affairs in order to better align with the Queen-Protectress, who has been far more open to cooperation with the SÓL nations as of late.

Chancellor Announces Mass Pullout!
Today, Chancellor Scott released a statement in regards to the CI Intervention into the New Deseret Realms (NDR) "My fellow citizens, recently our nation and the Russian Republic invaded the New Deseret Realms in order to restore order and stability. I am announcing we shall maintain several military bases throughout the former nation in order to assist in training and some protection, however I am pleased to announce that the Occupational Forces are being withdrawn and majority of the security will be handed off to Russian and NDR Forces."
Scott addresses Southern California and Colorado
Protesters have erupted outside the House of Representatives over the blatant annexation of Colorado and Pacifica annexing Southern California, calling the move Imperialistic. Scott released a statement in regards to the protests from citizens and Representatives "The annexation of Colorado was a move supported by the previous government in Colorado, they earned for stability and believed that it couldn't be achieved, even under a new NDR Government. The annexation of Southern California was to restore California to a whole and not leave it divided."
In other news, after calls to hold a snap election, Chancellor Scott released the following statement "A snap election will only divide our government and will not serve the interests of our citizens. Even though I wasn't elected Chancellor after a general election, the Conservatives that were elected under Chancellor O'Neil elected me, and therefor serve as the voice of our citizens." In order for a snap election to be called it would require a majority of Conservatives to defect and support a liberal push in order to call for another election.
The Rus will be keeping it's forces there, and will be beefing up it's security due to reports of gang activity and palatesian schemes.

Suspicion of Russian Intent Grows after Leak of “Anti-Eco” Shielding
Stekarus has begun to openly question and criticize the Russian Government after an alleged whistleblower from the Russian Military leaked information to the Stek Embassy in Moscow. While the Stek Ambassador would typically expect some sort of corny underhanded covert tactic that Russians are notorious for, the leak revealed to Stekarus that Russia has been allegedly building Anti-Eco shielding.
What this means to most Steks is that Russia may have some sort of intent to confront Stekarus militarily and motions have gone through parliament to inquire on what to do with this leak. The Grand Sovereign expects the Russian President to have something to say in regards to this.. as the HIFS are now beefing up security on the Russian border.
Spectre David Anderson Awarded the Charlotte Cross
After a lengthy deliberation by a joint Parliamentary-Armed Forces committee, it has been decided that the late Spectre David Anderson will receive Suburbia-Purlieu's highest military award, the Charlotte Cross. This marks the first time the Charlotte Cross was awarded to a non-Suburban-Purlian servicemember, setting a new precedent for future awards. The citation for Anderson's award follows:
"At a critical point of the action where his team was pinned down by an overwhelming enemy force, despite being heavily wounded himself, Spectre Anderson took it upon himself to physically shield members of his team from further harm. Spectre Anderson would then continue to assault the enemy until sustaining a mortal blow, taking down several major enemies and allowing his team to recuperate."
Any relatives of Anderson's family are graciously invited to the Royal Palace for an award cermony where he will be honored.
Surge of Nationalism of the Rus, results in Rus' Libertarian Party split into the National Rus First Party and Rus Republican Party.
Due to some strife in the Rus' Libertarian Party, half of it has split to promote growing the military and placing harsh restrictions on the trading with monarch nations. Promoting Isolationism so it agrees with the LoP and the All-union, except it promotes growing the economy internally, than stagnating.
Resulting in this also, the volunteer only force has received a large amount of new recruits, upping numbers from 10 million (not including PU) to 15 million (not including PU)
Plot Foiled
Today, while the High King and his soon to be Wife publically toured the country, a tradition leading up to the Royal Wedding, The Couple stopped through the Small Town of Ackers accompanied by Royal Guard Agents. While parading down the city's old cobblestone streets in the historic district, A Royal Guard spotted suspicious activity within the crowd of people who flocked to see the High King and so to be High Queen. The suspect was quickly identified and precautions were made pertaining to the safety of the Royal Couple, and the parade route was altered. The Parade went on without a hitch and the suspect was transferred to a Local Jailhouse for temporary holding. Local Authorities, however, state the suspect carried an illegally modded weapon with shield piercing capabilities and could have done serious damage to the Life of the High King. For now, the suspect's ID remains a secret to the public.
The Rus says that this was a contingency plan should the coalition war have prolonged. It intends on keeping the shields
Hawaiian Rebels Begin Assault on the State House, Marines Continue Battling Through the Streets of Honolulu
After days at attempts to demoralize the defenders of the State House with loud music and angry chanting, the rebels have launched an attack on the State House. According to the Defense Secretariat, the rebels begun their attack at 3 am local time with a mortar barrage that heavily damaged the courtyard and forward facing facade. The walls of the courtyard were also destroyed by sappers. Three general charges backed by machine gun armed technicals were then observed, with each assault being thrown back by the determined defenders. Air support has been allocated to the defenders, several sources say, with one source even suggesting, "That's what keeping them alive - barely".
The situation inside the State House remains unknown, although reports have confirmed a squad of Royal Marines has been exchanging shots with the deflected State House security.
Meanwhile, Royal Marines have been advancing rapidly through Honolulu, using shock and awe tactics to overwhelm the underprepared rebels. While some districts offer heavy resistance, overall the rebels lines across the city are falling back. Defense Secretary Ross Everett has commentated that "the relief of the State House is one of our utmost priorities"
Sage Council Announces new "Light Sage" Prospect, Training to Begin Next Month
The Sage Council was happy to announce today that they have found an individual within their ranks that has the capability to become a home-grown Light Eco Sage within the year. The name of this hopeful acolyte is Phoebe Gerd, who hails from The village of Umbralsburg on the outskirts of the Planetary Capital of Newsphaerream, the third world colonized by Stekarus with a considerably booming population. She has been found to have affinity with the required Ecos to properly train to become a Light Eco Sage and take up the responsibilities as the Light Sage of Stekarus. The Leaders of the Sage Council are said to be personally training Phoebe as they have done for their previous prodigy students, Cipher Lulamoon, and Kaiser Johann.
Many citizens are applauding that a native Stek has the capability to become a Light Sage and are celebrating as now Stekarus can properly follow in the footsteps of the Elemental Empire, with the end goal of utilizing all of Stekarus's knowledge of Eco to unlock the secrets of creating and mass producing synthetic Eco, which will allow Stekarus to surpass the Elementals as their failure to do so resulted in the demise of their ancient empire as they lacked enough natural eco to sustain their enormous reach. Stekarus is also putting funds towards exploring beyond the Spur to truly see how extensive the Elemental Empire actually was.

Rebel Attack Terran Prison, Rebels "Soundly" Defeated!
In a surprise to all of the Empire's leaders, Hawley's rebels have managed to launch an attack inside Terran Ash.
At the crack of dawn, rebels under the banner of rogue Colonel Nick Hawley began an assault on a Ministry of Morale prison in the Heartland about 200 kilometers west of Elkmont. The prison is currently holding Hawley's rebels captured and sentenced two months ago, as confirmed by the MoM.
The MoM's public report on the attack said the rebels were armed with "explosives, small field guns, and foreign automatic weapons."
The attack "floundered" after breaching the prison walls, the report said. Many rebels have been captured and "few" escaped the attack. Until all of the rebels have been captured, citizens in the area are advised to not leave their homes unless necessary and to report suspicious persons to the police.
