Ministry of Foreign Affairs Declares SGRI Will Not Get Involved in Chadian Civil War

Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov have announced that in accordance to advice from the Commission on Foreign Affairs, the Commission on Defense & National Security, and the National Security Council of the SGRI that it is within the best interest of Moscow to not intervene in the new civil war in OsivoIII. Minister Lavrov has continued his explanation stating that the recent responses from France, Germany, and Spain, although understandable, will only increase violence and prolong the conflict as interests of foreign powers and interests of internal forces are not in alignment and remains to be on a spectrum of tension and conflict. The Kremlin hopes that the civil war can be resolved appropriately and not exploited by advantageous foreign powers.

The Imperial Federation of Rome declares that it will not intervene in the civil war at Chad, unless such action is approved by the UNSC or under an African led coalition, following a strict and historical policy of non-intervention. The Imperial government pledged support for the Sudanese government concerning the raise of refugees influx to Darfur, a humanitarian relief package of 100 million Euros was approved to help the Sudanese government at a first moment, with more packages still under consideration depending of how this crisis evolves.

_{| HELM OF SÈCURITÈ, MINISTÈRE DES FORCES ARMÉES - | While the Air Force maintains it's grip on air superiority, plans for inserting ground troops have been drawn up. A small and dilapidated airstrip in the middle of the desert on the Northern border of Chad just meters away from Libya would be a prime target for setting up a FOB or forward operation base in the Chadian desert. Being located in the UDLF controlled region, it was unknown if the airstrip would be occupied. A surveillance and potential airstrike mission on the airstrip put into action. |}

_{| OPERATION CHADIAN RESOLVE CONTINUES..... |}

_{| A single Rafale multi-role fighter would fly high above the airstrip near the border, the pilot looking down and checking his display to ensure the rundown and otherwise abandoned facility was not occupied. If it was he would engage, firing AASM-Hammer air-to-ground missiles at the ground targets. Once the pilot was certain of no ground resistance, he would radio back signaling that it was 'all clear' for French transport planes to enter the area and make a landing at the airstrip. A group of 10 Airbus A400M Atlas' would fly in, only landing 2 at a time given the size of the airstrip. In total 1,200 French troops of the 4th Foreign Legion Regiment would unload at the airstrip, setting up a forward operating base. A second group of transport aircraft would begin delivering supplies for the troops to begin position improvement, including sandbags and other barriers. The initial delivery of 20 Leclerc MBTs, 30 VBMR Griffons, and 30 EBRC Jaguars would also occur over a 72 hour period. Connexes or shipping containers would be air lifted in as well to provide additional shelter and storage for the ground troops. The establishment of a field kitchen and the consistent supplying of prepared meals was essential to maintaining moral. The 4th Foreign Legion would also attempt to assist any civilian refugees as well but would remain vigilant against potential attackers in all forms. This new FOB and airstrip would be the gateway for additional coalition forces landing in Chad. Future operations from this point will include airstrikes via manned and unmanned aircraft as well as ground operations against the ISFC. In the meantime transport aircraft would continue sending in additional troops until the FOB reached 5,000 or the entire 4th Foreign Legion Regiment. Additional tanks, IFV, APCs, as well as Eurosam SAMP/Ts and CAESAR 8x8 self-propelled artillery would also be delivered to accommodate the ground forces and ramp up their offensive capabilities. French ground forces would also be protected via the no fly zone and air support from French fighter jets. |}

_{SGRI President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin Reverses Minister Lavrov's Statement; Declares Religious Minorities in Danger of Persecution by Islamic Militants!!!!!}

After an extensive conversation and meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov, SGRI President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin has revealed publicly that the Union-State of Alzarikstan will be supporting the Christian religious minority in Southern Chad:

_{"It has come to my attention of the ongoing abhorrent conditions and treatment the Christian, Catholic, and Protestant Chadians face and endure every single day at the hands of extremist Islamic militants. It is a fundamental priority and law that the people of Chad should be able to practice their faith without fear of persecution and harassment. I have found it to be the duty of Moscow to support and uplift our brothers and sisters in faith, wherever they may reside. And while this fight is against those who use Islam as a front to carry their actions of evil and spew their toxic rhetoric of hatred and division, we in the SGRI know that this is not the true form nor teachings of Islam. Those that are seeking the destruction and evisceration of the way of life and existence of Chadian Catholics and Christians are terrorists and must be handled to ensure and preserve proper peace, development, and stability not just in Chad but in the overall African continent. With this, I have been in contact with the Christian communities of the DFP, who have embraced our humanitarian assistance. The SGRI is fully ready and prepared to mobilize our resources to provide help and security to the frightened, oppressed people of Southern Chad. With this, we shall uplift and not cast away."}

What Vladimir Putin was referring to and strategically kept out pertinent information was an agreement to provide the SGRI with the opportunity to gain access to a Chadian access air port/facility in DFP territory that can be used for SGRI Special Forces & the paramilitary. The conditions fo the facility was to be just big enough to hold and store SGRI weapons, equipment, up to ~2,500 personnel, and communications. It will serve to train DFP soldiers as well. The airstrip would not be used for actual aircraft but rather drones for reconnaissance tactical precision strikes. One of the private military contracting companies to receive ample government contracts for these operations is the Wagner Group, who will be accompanied by the EKSG and the ESS. What was kept away from the public media was that the intention was to assist the growth of both the DFP and LURA north with the secondary mission of moving DFP and LURA toward potentially aligning with the PGC in an effort to increase Christian representation within a new government and establish institutions relatively warm to SGRI interests in the region.

With this, Vladimir Putin has communicated with the DFP to connect them with the Wagner Group, EKSG, and the ESS to begin coordination and strategy while military hardware and assets are currently being determined and assessed by the National Defense Management Center for preparation and deployment.

The rhetoric this far has called for peace on all sides, however according to a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs just this morning, a PRC Special Diplomatic Envoy will be sent to N’Djamena to explore a 'wide variety' of topics with an official of the People's Government of Chad. Though this could be misinterpreted as China specifically siding with the PGC, the statement re-iterated complete Chinese impartiality, and a unified call for peace.}

It was also known that forces from various countries landed in Chad with the intentions of helping the various factions fighting for control, which made a “peacekeeping” effort difficult and not neutral. Discussing things with the French, it would be decided that an initial 1,500 troops would be alongside French troops to aid in providing stability and peacekeeping efforts in Chad. |}

October, 2022 - No Fly Zone Declared Above Darfur

As the situation in Chad escalates with more and more nations intervening into the conflict and inflicting more damages than needed. Military commanders in the Sudan have pulled out precautions for the national security of the nation by declaring a no fly zone abovethe entirety of the Darfur Region mainly over West and Central Darfur which shall be enforced by the Sudanese Air Force (SAF) as they have mobilized 15x AMX International Ground-Attack Aircrafts from Wadi Sedina Airbase north of Khartoum to be moved to Nayala International Airport in South Darfur where the air force will set up a temporarily base of operation as they have the attack aircrafts on stand by. The SAF has declared that it is ready and prepared for any unwanted incursion on Sudanese Air Space.

Meanwhile on the ground the Sudanese Militart has set up multiple checkpoints at the border entries between Sudan and Chad as well as setting up checkpoints at the borders of West and Central Darfur with the rest of Sudan effectively turning both states into a huge military control zone. There has already been talks in Khartoum that the government will declare martial law in Darfur as more military units are expected to roll into the region in the coming days.

In other news the Air Force has also extended its no fly zone to Sudanese civilian air crafts following the nation's largest airline company, Sudanese Airways, having suspended all commercial flights to and from Chad and is planning to cancel all flights to and from West and Central Darfur.
