I would like to formally introduce the Cultural Act for debate! I have used the format provided by former minister Nerpidirk as we draft an official format for our dictums. In short, this act will create a new ministry that oversees such activities as our regional roleplay, forum games, discord gatherings, and activities such as our current Ravana Plays NS. It would be benificially to establish a ministry to formally organize these events to ensure that they persist for future generations. Additionally, if this bill should become law, I would strongly recommend Northern Mount Celestia as the head of this ministry as he has already done an amazing job with Ravana plays NS.

The community and culture act has been approved by parliament with 3 votes in favor of the bill. It will now be transfered to the royal court.
