I am voting nay on the poll. I cannot stand this whole situation anymore and believe that we had an agreement and method worked out but due to people in other regions and our own, it has failed and become a bureaucratic nightmare.

I want to hear the honest opinions regardless of the current situation that has unfolded regarding a merger (Closed due to Likely Rhinian Withdrawal)

Dear Citizens of RHINIA,

After much discussion between myself, the Prime Minister and the other regional heads, we have decided to withdraw from the entire merger idea. Sadly, after two months of negotiations and finally having the final copy of the document, it seems that the other regions have decided to reject our deal at the last second. It is disheartening to see everything we did and all the work put into the merger agreement rejected at the last moment after we gave ample time for rejections and amendments to be made. It is because of this and many other reasons that Rhinia, the visionaries behind this merger, have decided to withdraw.

Well just read the new proposed constitution. 50 different people all want different things and nobody agrees. Not to mention it will likely end up just as it is right now, chaos when the final thing is about to be implemented.

I move that:

  1. This Cabinet recognises the enormous work that has been put in by various nations throughout this process over the past few months to organise an effective merger of these regions

  2. This Cabinet condemns the criticism and unfounded attacks on the process that was undertaken in an attempt to achieve a merge of these regions, including the late splinter groups constantly sniping and undermining the process after it had been outlined and approved.

  3. This Cabinet withdraws its support from the passage of the Act; And

  4. His Majesty, The liamese empire, MHD, withdraws this region from the current merger talks, including any current or future Acts relating to, or including, any Acts constituting a merger, And any future merger agreements involving this region.

    1. That this come into effect provided His Majesty seconds the motion.

    2. That His Majesty releases a statement of explanation on behalf of the region

  5. This motion comes into effect upon being seconded and supported by over half of the Cabinet.

I move that:

  1. The regional Government of Rhinia be dissolved

  2. The executive and nations within, move to the region of Ealdgeriht

    1. Whilst recognising nations free will to move to any region as they please.

  3. The long history of this region be preserved by the;

    1. Tetrik union

    2. Prime minister of rhinia

    3. Rhinian electoral commission

    4. And any nation not mentioned above

  4. We commend the service of all nations who have been involved in the history of Rhinia, including those who have served in the Executive, Legislature and Judiciary. We pay note to the long serving members, and those who never served but got involved.

  5. The region officially be decommissioned upon the passage of this motion.

It has been an honor serving you as the Lord Justice of the High Court of Rhinia. This region was my first and only, and I am sad to see it go. We all have carried the great and noble title of Rhinians, and we will continue to do so as we move forward. I am announcing that I will be moving to Ealdgeriht, and I hope to see you all there, and if not, I hope to cross paths again in the future.
