We're not sure if any other nations collect International Artwork (page=deck), but we in Ioavollr have undertaken a fairly new venture, the Scandinavian Card Vault. This nation will serve as a storehouse exclusively for works of art representing the nations of Scandinavia. As such, any nations that wish to acquire their own artwork need only to ask and it will be distributed, though be aware that if a nation ceases to exist any artwork being held is lost.

You need another Administrator from another region to establish Embassies with u

I see that the region has accepted requests with "embassy regions"
