If I get the land because I declared war on him before he left, or Osmer because it was ceded to him.

NC believes that this:

The grand technate wrote:Due to cancerous neighbors seeking to fatten their stomachs, so concludes the reign of The grand technate in THF. The legacy will live on however and I leave you with this:

All leading Technatean officials successfully flee to The giu and to other NAC nations as threats of war ring out through North America. A compilation was aired on all major stations and media platforms today consisting of the Technate's best moments. After several hours, it was then announced that all former Technatean lands are ceded to Osmer.

Is Fail RP. I disagree, as being invaded constantly is an In Character reason to give away land. What is your opinion?

I think it's possible that the land could be ceded to a 3rd party, however there would be absolutely nothing stopping Nc, Cherlia and myself from just rolling in and taking whatever we wanted.

The Vrakandan military, noticing the buildup in opposing along the border, has made no official response. From any data collected by chinese officials, it would be obvious that the Vrakandans actually had zero presence in the territory. The provinces would appear completely abandoned (aside from civilians). However, under the nose of the prepared forces, there was already a counteroperation underway.

Around 20,000 volunteer militiamen inhabiting the provinces of Vrakandan Mongolian had been setting up Operation Uranus. The operation involved applying charges to a majority of the equipment inside the three largest mines of Mongolia and rigging them to blow. Two uranium stockpiles, one refinery, and one nuclear power plant were also rigged to detonate.

Once the initial explosions occurred, the militiamen would make do with provided Automat-Kalishnikov rifles and charges of Semtex to make a pseudo-defense against the invading military. The Vrakandan military, however, did not care much about the loss of the territory, as most of the mined uranium was shipped to Vrakanda for processing, with small amounts remaining to power the sites and settlements.

| Having noticed no military buildup in response, the PLAAF is ordered to begin fly-overs of Mongolia by Boeing 737s fitted with Camera Equipment. These will be escorted by 4 Su-35s per flight. |

There is still no noticeable mobilization, aside from what appear to be some minor militia police forces. The PLAAF would also see some stones at one of the major dig sites, Tamasagbulag Pit, spelling out "Нуруугаа унтраах" (for context, this means F*ck Off in Mongolian).

Honestly I feel like going into the COL was unnecessary. Technate Left, he can't bother us and we can't bother him. We should have left him be not dragged another region into this bullshit and start uneeded drama.

Central arstotzka Technate was very, very rude and toxic while he was here in THF so I wanted to warn y'all. I didn't realize some other THF people would decide to cause a fuss on your RMB...

In retrospect, a telegram would've been better.
